Could be better
As I ordered a package of Vichy Neogenic against hairloss, I thaught Skinpharma
would send it within a day or 5, but, but it was 't. I had to wait 2 weeks without
noticing me that for one reason or Another it was delayed.
And...by the way, the product doe not give results after 5 weeks using it.

De vraag naar Neogenic was zo groot dat het in heel Nederland niet meer verkijgbaar was. We hadden al extra groot ingekocht maar uiteindelijk hadden wij daar ook last van. Gelukkig is het nu wel bij jou aangekomen.

Zeer soms komt het voor dat een product tijdelijk niet op voorraad is. Dan moet het besteld worden en duurt het ietsje langer. Daarnaast komt het in een klein aantal gevallen voor dat een pakket bij de PostNL wat vetraging oploopt.
