After completing 12 laser sessions with Jamie at Skin Renew, I can confidently say I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, Jamie has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire tattoo removal process. The sessions were well-paced, and he always made sure I was comfortable and informed.

The tattoo has now faded beautifully and is finally at the perfect stage for a cover-up – exactly what I was hoping for when I began this journey two years ago. I couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out. If you’re considering tattoo removal, I highly recommend Jamie and the team at Skin Renew – they really know what they’re doing, and the results speak for themselves.

I’ve been visiting Skin Renew in London to remove a botched-up MSP on my scalp, and I couldn’t be happier with the results so far. From day one, the service has been nothing short of excellent. Jamie, the laser specialist, is fantastic – not only is he highly skilled at what he does, but he’s also incredibly friendly and professional, which makes each session a great experience. Dan has been brilliant too, and both of them go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and well looked after. The clinic itself is superb – clean, welcoming, and modern. I highly recommend Skin Renew for anyone looking for professional, top-quality service. They are the best in London with one of the best and most up to date laser equipment as well.

Bit of an odd review as I actually cancelled my appointment but I wanted to leave a review anyway as the company have been so good.
I contact them for a price, communication was excellent, they requested photos and prompty responded, I paid a deposit but then shortly after asked if I could cancel as my situation had changed. Dan was lovely, it was no problem at all, and they send my deposit back within 24 hours. I just wanted to say that although I didn’t actually go through with the removal I would still recommend the company and will use them (if they will have me after messing them around) in future.

Let me start by saying I couldn't recommend skin renew highly enough!

Since the moment I walked in I was made to feel so at ease. Jamie is just the best we talk like mates that have known each other forever at the same time he's so professional and is beyond knowledgeable in his profession!
I feel in complete safe hands!

Being a darker skin tone I was given an honest expectation of what my results would be and they have the best machine for my skin to make sure there is no scarring or damage.

I'm on my 6th session and the results have surpassed my expectations and even Jamie's estimation. We are both chuffed with how well the treatment is going. If you go anywhere go skin renew!

It has all round been a brilliant experience and as I said to Jamie today cause the pain ain't for the faint hearted lol, I will miss you when it's over not that machine.

Dan and Jamie are brilliant! I have a monster of a tattoo to get rid of and they've been great! One key thing - they don't bs you! they are honest about what they can do for you and the results you can achieve rather than just take your money. Id recommend them to anyone!

Well I won’t be returning here, so much for being professional, I went for a patch test today on arrival was greeted by a guy with a load of tatts and another guy who introduced them selfs, and then proceeded to call me predator behind my back, I guess because I have dreadlocks, which was heard my my fiancé, she never got to tell me until we left as I rushed into the consultation room, but I won’t be giving this unprofessional, prejudice company my money and if they can be this petty it says a lot about there business practices.

An excellent service provided by the clinic. I felt really comfortable and at ease when getting my treatments done by Clare. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a tattoo removed to use Skin Renew London.

Went in for a tattoo removal consultation. Very responsive to my email and had a thorough consultation. Nurse very friendly and put me at ease. Now awaiting first treatment after having test patch. Can't wait for the fast results.

3rd treatment on my leg now and massive improvement, reds and blues are nearly gone after one hit and black has faded big time. Picosure is the way forward and Clare has been fantastic. Very knowledgeable and super professional... 5 stars all round...

I found Clare very thorough in explaining the procedure and also with the aftercare..
Can see the difference using the Picosure machine with only one session so far. Looking forward to having this monstrosity removed from my arm completely.
