Very happy with Skip Along Waste and the service I have been provided with, they have always been on time and very informative on keeping me updated with my process of my permit application. Warning this is a really bad company. Bookings were overlooked, I did write a email when it will arrive, (booked it 8 days ago got a confirmation email from their office). Lies started build up , it’s not our fault you booked via Yell (no I booked directly) ( our system was down , weird though that I got the email from this account, she offered to bring a skip next day (not helpful after I booked 3 workmen for today) I said that’s not good enough and she said „ well LOVELY than just get the skip from someone else „ putting the phone down on me. Luckily she had called me from her PRIVATE mobile ( professional I know) so I called back that she shouldn’t speak to customers that way where as this woman then called me „a brat“ and I should no longer bother her. Hung up again on me (btw when I did ask her for her name she would not give it to me) , my partner phoned her then and politely told her she can’t speak to me like that when she instantly said „ how dare you call me on my mobile are you threatening me“ ... what a unprofessional terrible unreliable company. I now researched the other reviews on the other sites and realised I was not the only one bombarded with rudeness,unprofessional behaviour and actually insults, I was called a Brat even so I knew she was lying about not received the booking etc. No woman or man needs to go through this for the sake of a skip!
AVOID AVOID AVOID there are good companies out there, don’t choose the worst. Read all reviews on google yell etc. I am not the only one.
