Excellent service - would recommend.

I'm really disappointed with Skip bag. Their website front page states "Named day pick up ....You can choose a collection date which suits you". However I found out this doesn't apply to heavy waste (rubble or soil), and was told pick up will be anywhere in the next 2 weeks. Thought I'd complain nicely by writing an email to them. However, I received a call from their customer service team, where they delivered, what felt like a lecture, about their terms & conditions.

Was planning on booking a skip bag but using the comparison tool we went for the same day clearance option which came the same day and was a lot cheaper than going for the bag with the light rubbish we had.

Very happy with the service. A large bag full of household waste was collected by a professional and polite team at the agreed time. I am very happy with how responsive this service was.

My skip bag was picked up by a grab lorry on the day agreed without any issues. Will be ordering again soon.

The gentleman picked up my skip today about an hour after I ordered it!they just happened to be in the area. Amazing service. He was also very polite and helpful,placing some last bits I hadn't yet into the skip for me and wishing me a Merry Christmas. How lovely.

I used Skipbag couple of times when doing gardening projects. they were much cheaper than anyone else, bags were collected within couple of days with no hassle at all. would definitely recommend.

used these guys a number of times, no issues at all.

I like the fact that they are "green" and will only collect once there are enough collections to completely fill a lorry.

i also like the fact that you can buy the bags and pay for the collection at a later date once the bags have been filled... no pre-agreed collection times so no pressure on finishing the job in a set time.

the collection has always been made within a few days of notifying / paying.

Highly recommend, I've had 4 bags so far during a renovation and have just ordered another bag... the smallest bags are perfect for garden waste as i have filled all 4 to the brim with thick clay/rocks and slabs and have had no issues with the collection or the bag splitting etc.... pleasantly surprised so far.

And the grabber drive I saw on the last collection had amazing precision when he grabbed a full tonne bag from a tight spot with absolutely no issues at all.

We had 2 Selco jumbo bags left over from building work. I called skipbag and Lance said we could use them. I order the pick up. It come 2 days later. Truck had a crane and picked it up from our front garden over the wall. Driver was very helpful. Very professional team. I would used them again as it is convenient and cheaper than other companies.
Highly recommended.

The only easy part of this was ordering the skip bag from amazon. I’ve being trying to get it picked up for two weeks, it’s paid for but have heard nothing. Called the company so many times but it seems
To be a one man band and now he’s not answering. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s still in my garden!

The service was marvellous!!
We bought the skip bag at 5pm and filled it by 10pm and when I came home from work the next afternoon at 4pm the skip bag had been collected.
We were very impressed and would certainly use the service again with no hesitation.

Pickup was on the 5th day so within the time stated on the website, but when there are no comms froqm them at all after you pay the collection fee it feels like a long time. Also, check the collection fee before you order a bag and fill it. My mistake for not reading the website carefully but my midi bag collection was £100 not £60 so all the bold claims on the website about being cheaper than hippobag are a bit misleading. You can also pick a collection day with hippobag. I saved a tenner and had no idea when they were turning up to collect. I’ll leave it up to you to decide if it’s worth the saving

They are the cheapest skip bag in my area. They also remove an alternative bag as long as it is in good condition. I have used them many times before. My only criticism is they don't inform you when they can pick up your bag. Would be useful to chose a time when paying online. The price for bag and removal far outweighs this.

Quick and easy, with friendly staff who deal with you personally. I was very impressed and will glady use Skipbag again!

I have been using Skipbag for many years and shall continue to do so. They are very careful and courteous when collecting the bags. I always ensure I have a bag in my shed ready for use and then it's very simple to arrange a collection. I don't have to wait around for a skip and it stores easily.

Waste transfer collection receipts are provided at every collection.

The staff are always friendly and helpful this is an excellent company who I highly recommend .
