Very bad and abusive service!!! After days of waiting for the skip collection, when I called the office the lady was shouting at me and hung up! When the man finally turned up to collect the skip, he threw rubbish out from the bin all around the driveway. When I approached him asking why he was doing this, he said that he didn't care, he only did what his boss said. He shouted to me: "you woman go inside to your man" !!!!! I am still in the state of shock.

We used SKIPLOCAL (an agency) to book a skip in leeds and after today will never use them again after speaking with the most rude woman on the phone ever. A local skip company BWS turned up to collect a skip from us without notice, no call or email!! Admittedly we had had the skip since last April which apparently the local company chased with SKIPLOCAL numberous times to get them to collect but we have never had an email or call from SKIPLOCAL asking for BWS to collect the skip. I asked the lady on the phone if she thought it would have been common courtesy to give us a quick call or send an email to say BWS were coming to collect the skip same day and we would have said yes of course but they didnt, BWS just turned up. The lady at SKIPLOCAL said in a rather rude tone "no why should we, you have had that skip since last april and it was only supposed to be for 2 weeks, it says that on the invoice (i have checked and it doesn't) - eventually i got that sick of her rudeness i put the phone down on her. Luckily BWS did hear what she said and agreed with me that someone should have called us but as we booked via SKIPLOCAL it should have been them that contacted us - which of course the didn't. Anyway suffice to say we will never use SKIPLOCAL ever again and have now agreed to deal direct with BWS themselves as they couldnt have been any more apologetic and kind to us. Still annoyed about the way i was spoken to!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
