Most of the time, we customers are lucky so we don't have to get into contact with the customer service.
But it is during rough time which we can see which company has good customer service or which one does not have a good one.
I was blessed to get into contact with Skittfiske.no or nowadays called outfishing.com and their outstanding customer service with Joachim M which personally helped me out with my telescope traveling rod!
I am truly impressed and have full respect to their team for helping me out with this case. Especially Joachim who did everything he could to assist me.

Another detail which I noticed also why they are so good company is that they are automatically sending us the return lable already printed out and just easy to attach the sticker on the box in case you want to send back anything - without you having to go through the process to ask for it.
Those small but important details itself shows how reliable company they are. I would definitely come back to this store.
Anyways, I just wanna say thanks to you guys for showing excellent example and helping me as a customer out when I really in need!
