Very professional and friendly, gave me the best advice for my skin. Totally recommend! I can’t wait to go back and continue my treatments. I love the skin care range they sell too and will certainly be investing in more of it. The clinic was clean and had a lovely environment, I could spend all day in there!

I’ve recently started attending the Cambridge Clinic.
She is so friendly and thorough I was put at ease straight away. She talked through our approach to tackle my skin concerns & has helped me to set realistic expectations which is really appreciated. I feel like the salon is very covid secure and I feel safe going in the current climate.

I have had a great experience so far in the clinic. I had my consultation and treatment with Daljeet, who is very welcoming, approachable & not judgemental, which is important as my treatments have been to do with treating acne. I've only had one treatment so far, so hopefully my course of 6 really help! I didn't feel like I was being sold loads of products that I didn't need which was great. Also, they are taking the measures very seriously for COVID, so it felt very safe.

First laser hair session yesterday, I couldn’t be happier with the service. Lovely girls, that make you feel extremely comfortable throughout.

I received HydraFacial treatment. The staff were very professional and able to answer all the questions. I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the clinic, and the appointment reminders in text messages were also very useful. Finally, getting a 30% student discount was certainly a plus.

Professional, kind and caring! I was so impressed with my first appointment yesterday. The Lady who did my appointment reassured me constantly, talked me through the process and was professional all the time.

I’m so happy I found this clinic in Cambridge. My dermatologist is amazing (Daljeet) I highly recommend her. I was worried about my skin breaking out due to life change and I’m in my 30’s with dry skin so I’m worried about ageing.
The treatment is lovely, really clearing and hydrating (hydro facial). Daljeet did the best extraction I’ve ever had, really thorough. She is also very knowledgeable and can educate me on different products. Very happy and I think the price is fair when bought as a package.

Customer service was really good and the technician made me feel really comfortable while receiving laser hair removal. Would 100% recommend their services.

Really lovely friendly staff, honest, non-pushy recommendations during consultations and just generally really fantastic service. I only came in for a one off microneedling treatment to try and reduce some large pores (there was literally no attempts made to pressure or persuade me to book further treatments as I know a lot of other private clinics would have done), but if I was ever in a position to afford further treatments in the future I would definitely consider. It's more expensive than a lot of other clinics and I could certainly not afford repeat visits, but you pay for quality and safety of treatments at Sk:n and I think that's the most important thing.

From the moment I entered I was looked after. The lady on reception took my temperature and kindly asked me to wait and fill out forms:
I was then greeted by a lady called Anna who was doing my treatment.
I had the hydra facial which is not a relaxing facial, however, immediately after you feel and see the results.
Anna throughout my treatment kept me updated with what she was doing and the products used. This made me feel confident Anna knew what she was doing.
The next day after my treatment my skin has a lovely glow. I would definitely recommend and will be back to see Anna.

It was my first time having dermal fillers today and also visiting the clinic.The receptionist team were very warm and welcoming. There was a lot of paperwork to check I was suitable and express my areas of concern which I liked. The doctor was very helpful and explained everything. He suggested other treatments that he felt would benefit the overall result I was after (to look less tired and refill volume loss to the eye area). He explained he wasnt trying to coerce me onto anything and that if I wanted tear troughs only that it was fine. I said I had done some research and was aware some scaffolding to the cheek area might be needed to get the best results. I opted for cheek and tear through filler, he also put a tiny bit that was left in my nasolabial fold which I appreciated. He said to wait 2 weeks for the best results and if i had any queries or concerns about the end result to get in touch. I felt like ny opinion what important and treated like an individual and not just a number which is important to me.

A few weeks ago, I booked a free consultation for a skin peel. When I went to the clinic in Cambridge, they advised me a to have a hydrafacial before the skin peel. When I went to the clinic for my skin peel treatment and on paying was surprised to discover that, without being advised beforehand about the different treatments and prices, I had been given the most expensive treatment: the Dermaquest TCA/Salicylic with Retinol. Moreover, the price charged was more expensive than that indicated on your website. Further, after doing some research, I do not think that that skin peel was the best for me. According to your fact-sheet, that peeling is for photo damage, deep wrinkles and sagging skin, none of which I have.
This is the third complain I have written with no answers,

I had an amazing experience from the consultation to the treatment. The specialists listened to what I wanted and helped build a plan for me to achieve just that. I had the Hydrafacial and I cannot begin to explain the difference I've noticed in just one day! My skin already appears clearer, smoother and I'm glowing! Thank you SKN for teaching me how to look after my skin. I am due back in a few weeks for a Salicylic peel, which I'm very excited about!!

There is a highly professional approach evident in all aspects of this operation. The staff are courteous, punctual, and efficient. Explanations are thorough and clearly given. The building in which treatments are offered is spotlessly clean and equipped, so far as I can tell, with state of the art equipment. It is also - again, from my limited experience so far - very good value for money when set beside its competitors. The one thing I would get rid of is the pop music that plays in the waiting room from a tinny portable player. But even this was remedied when I requested that it be turned down.
