Natalia was absolutely lovely, took her time with my treatment and was very helpful throughout, would highly recommend her and really appreciate her time and customer service.

This review is in no way a pop at Dr Al Nakib, who I found to be extremely polite and a friendly fellow. However, what I was told prior to booking by the agent Maria and what I received were a little different. I was sold the mole mapping as exactly that, a mole mapping service and asked if a dermatoscope would be used, which I was informed this would be the case in order to view pigmentation of questionable moles and ultimately put my mind at ease. Dr Al Nakib observed my skin from head to toe and seemed very thorough, using terminologies I was familiar with to describe various moles/marks. What I found a little odd was that there was no dermatoscope present during the procedure, which is an imperative piece of kit, enabling the specialist to look beneath the surface and identify potential dangers within moles that can very easily be missed. The absence of this valuable tool effectively rendered the examination useless and sadly, has resulted in me having to pay hundreds of pounds more to another clinic within the city, in order for the procedure to be carried out correctly second time around. One mole was identified as worth monitoring, however there are a few more on my body that are causing discomfort and were passed off as harmless. Overall, I've been left with more questions than answers and having to pay again for an issue that should have been covered first time round. This instance would not deter me from using SK:N services in future, however I would be mindful enough to request written confirmation in advance of what I was paying for and the exact process from start to finish.

I had a skin tag removed from my eyelid; the local anaesthetic only numbed the area required and was nothing like at the dentist. There was a little swelling and bruising, but within a week no one would have ever known I had had anything done. I had a follow up call a week later and sent pictures for my file. The staff at the centre were very professional and looked after me well and supplied plenty of coffee and biscuits!

The only niggle was that when I got home from the treatment I had several emails in my inbox which I should have received before attending for treatment, but they appeared to have been sent an hour after my appointment.

Dr Aya, listens and she makes safe and considered treatment plans. She is informative, kind and very knowledgeable

Had a cyst that had been bothering me for a year removed! The staff were amazing and reassured about the procedure. The lovely Debbie and Suzanne were very informative about the care I should take after the treatment and had a we had a great chat during that helped me feel at ease. It was painless and pleasant!

Lisa on the front desk was great company while I waited the treatment and gave me a great bag of brochures for my partner who is also considering treatment here. A plus place!

Claire at SKN Liverpool was excellent.
Claire had called me prior to the appointment to ask any questions I had before attending.
On the day Claire met me in the waiting area, took me to my room, asked me questions and explained how the procedure works. I had some test patches for laser done today. Claire was brilliant in that she explained what would happen before it happen and then kept me updated throughout the process without me having to ask. "You will feel x when I do x", she provided a countdown so I was ready. Claire made me feel relaxed and comfortable that I was in professional hands. Claire was friendly and also respectful, offering me privacy where appropriate. She also gave me some advice regarding another issue. Thank you Claire, keep up the good work. I also met Kate at the reception desk when making a purchase and she reminded me of some advice she provided last time. Thank you both, excellent team and I look forward to my next treatment.

Hi everyone. I visited Sk:n Clinic in Brighton recently for a consultation regarding skin tag removal. Aine Oshea and Claire P were absolutely fantastic, friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. Aine managed to play my favourite song of all times as well. Dr Sboukis talked me through the procedure / treatment and all was done within an hour. He was just brilliant. It was painless and I felt instantly better and more handsome than ever before. I have been visiting Snowberry Clinic since 2012. I had to relocate to a different area of the country 10 years ago. I have always adhered to using this company. The professionalism, efficiency, care and support have been fantastic. I have recently returned to Snowberry for some treatment. I experienced some work with Suzanne. She seemed a great ambassador for the work she carried out. Lisa (Practice Manager) I have known for many years. She should be congratulated on the efficiency and professional stance in running the clinic. Lisa and all the staff over the years have been so welcoming and accomodating.
