Booked 3x skin consultations at Harley Street. The 3 of us were seen by 2 different consultants. The first one was seen by a very friendly consultant who advised a hydrafacial prior to our holiday, advising a week before. No paperwork was provided. The other two were seen by a not so friendly, abrupt consultant who also advised hydrafacials and other treatments. Paperwork was provided. Following all 3, we agreed to book in the hydrafacials, giving the date we would be on holiday in a hot country. We were advised that 5 days before the holiday was a good time, so we went ahead and booked for the two of us and the third booked hers for a later date as she would be travelling until later. When the two of us attended our hydrafacial appointments, and mentioned upcoming holiday, we were told that a minimum of 2 weeks before or after a holiday is required. In fact a hydrafacial wasn't advised in the current London heat and its best to wait until late September onwards. So why then were the appointments scheduled?! We had lost income due to cancelling work for the afternoon (self employed) and also the cost of train travel for one of us and petrol and parking for the other. What an absolute shambles of a service!! Otherwise the staf were generally friendly and welcoming, we left deflated and frustrated. A refund for the deposit was advised but not processed. Additionally, talking to different consultants, gives you differing advice - where is the consistency, the protocols, guidelines?? Also our initial appointment was rescheduled SEVEN times including 4x on the day 'due to consultant calling in sick'. The reschedule isn't discussed, its an email informing you 'thank you for rescheduling your appointment'. When we were booking the hydrafacial appointments and couldn't get times together, they simply shifted another client over. On the day of this appointment, they rescheduled FOUR times, again saying consultant called in sick. This only stopped once i called in to say no more changes as its affecting our time out of work. We were then told, they'd put a note not to shift us again. Then we had our scheduled appointments - seen a few mins late whcih is minor, but then all the above happened. I had really high hopes for Sk:n, especially Harley Street.

My appointment was made by Katrina for a mole check. They currently have a brilliant offer on mole checks, and I left feeling reassured.
Katrina is polite, helpful and informative.
The clinic location is brilliant as it is just off the main street therefore private and welcoming.

I saw Simona back in 2021 and had a 6 week course of treatment for my acne it worked wonders completely cleared up. I’ve come back now after a fair few years as started to have a flare up. Simona is great very informative.

Consultation with Milisa was great. She was attentive and friendly, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.
I have had laser with Sk:n for years and it’s the only laser hair removal that has actually worked! (I have tried two others and gone back to Sk:n). It is medical grade and they keep track of your progress.

Fabulous experience! Would highly highly recommend Rachel at the Haywards Heath branch. She was very considerate and listened to my concerns. This was my first time doing this particular treatment so naturally I was anxious but she reassured me and helped me through the procedure calmly and considerately. Would definitely recommend the branch overall and Rachel's expertise.

Oprah was wonderful - reassuring, answering all my questions. Laser hair removal can feel a bit intimidating but the quality equipment and chatting made the time pass quickly. I would recommend it.

I have really enjoyed my experience so far with lovely Paige at Leicester skin clinic. She has carefully guided me through the process of chemical peels including what to expect, before and after care. I have had 3 chemical peels so far and I am very content with the results. I will be going for another 3 treatments to improve my skin further. Many thanks to the staff.

Sk:n chester, looked after by Katrina and cyst removal done by Ehab, cannot fault the experience, procedure took less than 10 minutes and reassurance offered throughout the whole process.

I've had great experiences at Sk:n in Haywards Heath for laser hair removal, the practitioner Anca has been lovely and super helpful in guiding me through the process and answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend!

I know it’s been a while since I last had micro needling but I just wanted to tell you that all the advice you’ve given me re products etc and how to heal my skin barrier has made a HUGE transformation to my skin and it’s looking better than it has for years.

It’s always been something I was really embarrassed about so I cannot thank you enough for giving me more confidence. The biggest compliment I can give is that I’m now at the point where I’d even consider going to work with no makeup on and that would never have entered my head previously (not quite there yet but I do use half the amount of foundation I used to 🙂).

I visited their London Wall clinic for botox and filler just under two weeks ago and was treated by Torkan Hirbod (awful practitioner). I had a dreadful experience which resulted in Torkan being verbally abusive to me on the phone. I was contacted by senior management who agreed that the way I had been treated was appalling. However, it gets worse. Around a week post treatment, I started to notice significant asymmetry in my face, the right side of my face has been overtreated with botox, causing my eyelid to droop and poor placement to the left side of my face has resulted in a misshapen eyebrow. During this time, I have also been reviewed by two professionals, a cosmetic dentist and an NHS surgeon, who have both confirmed the results are from improper placement of botox. They have both written reports of their findings.

I attended a review appointment with nurse Amy, on Saturday at the Harley Street clinic. Amy was lovely and agreed with me that results were unsatisfactory. She also gave me the unfortunate news that the only thing she could do was attempt to even out my facial features by matching the overtreated side, meaning that there would be drooping to both sides of my face, but it would look slightly better than before. As botox cannot be removed, my only option is to wait 12 weeks for the botox to wear off. In spite of all this, I have not once been offered a refund. Absolutely disgraceful! I have since reported the wall clinic to the regulator - the Care Quality Commission, who are contacting me later to gather more information. I have taken several pictures as proof of the damage caused and have requested a full refund from my credit card company.

I love my appointments with SKN Chester. Dalia and Katrina are so welcoming and put you at ease. I have been visiting SKN for a while now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! I fully trust their advice when discussing treatments and my treatments have given my aging skin a boost (and my confidence too!).
