First time in my 11 years since I am…

First time in my 11 years since I am leaving in Denmark when I felt unwelcome in the country. Terrible feeling and experience.

I booked a test drive with them and was rejected for not having a Danish Passport as apparently being a Romanian citizen is dangerous. You might run away with the car.

It’s fine. I understand, there are policies, but could someone be nice and inform that prior to the booking? What is that?

I am a big fan of Skoda and was considering getting one. But after this…NEJ TAK

Skoda/Semler Mobility should reconsider its policies.

Would have written a longer review but have a 3 year old in the car that I carried with me to just go back home now.

Wasted time.

We fully understand your frustration and regret that our internal procedures regarding test drives were not communicated clearly in advance. The policy is in place purely for security and insurance reasons, and it applies equally to all customers , it is never related to nationality.

Exceeded expectations

Great job at fixing dent in panel... no sign of any damage, and even removed marks on wheels. Very happy!
