Amazing, Timely, Amiable, Unbeatable prices and they always go the extra mile first time I used them was 10 binbags 27£ 2nd time half van 180£ +20£ extra for matress 10/10 every time!

I booked in a pickup yesterday for an urgent job today. They took my money and confirmed my order. Then today I received an email informing me that 1) they couldn't take the sofas (of which there was no note on the website) and 2) they didn't have any availability despite taking my money and confirming the booking on their website. They have refunded and the staff were nice on the phone, but this has set the project back by several days which will cost me several hundred pounds in lost rent, and council rates, and rearranging builders. Very disappointed

Second time using this service and second 5 Star review.
Simple to arrange, on time, friendly service. Probably not the cheapest in town, but a good job and reassuring that your waste isn't going to be tipped down some country lane in the middle of the night. Thank you.

I've used skoup twice now. The first time I had a whole ground floor worth of carpet, pallets, general rubbish after renovations. They collected the lot for ~£100. The guy who collected it came and went by himself as it was in the back garden. No questions asked.

The second time (this review) I had a lot more rubbish ranging from old furniture, carpet, metal, rotting wood. A big messy pile of stuff, and they just came and did exactly the same for ~£100.

Quotes elsewhere for this kind of service cost ~£350. At this point I'm seriously fortunate you guys exist because I don't drive.

Booking was really simple and price for the collection of a wardrobe was good. I let them know about access to the flat via one flight of wide stairs with a landing in the middle then also emailed them to let them know I had disassembled the item so it was easy to carry. That’s pretty much as good as it got as they didn’t schedule a collection because they wanted me to take it down the stairs. No one contacted me to let me know that though and I only found out in the afternoon after phoning them to ask where the driver was. As I said to the assistant, if you had let me know, I could have left the wardrobe outside. 2 stars given instead of 1 as they were prompt to refund and to be fair the assistant that helped on the phone was very good. I think I’ll stick to someone local next time. In fact my decorator who was in that day got rid of it for me in the end for the same price.

Booked a collection, the next day told that date was unavailable so it was re booked for 2 days later. No one has turned up and on checking at 5pm I've had another email to cancel and it's rebooked for tomorrow.

Had to use as my bins were delayed. Brilliant price so much cheaper than elsewhere, easy to book, great communication and they just pick it up and you dont even need to be there. Definitely would recommend and use again 🙂

Absolutely awful service provided by this company. There was a multisystem failure from the company's part.
I had to do 2 bookings for waste collection, and got different dates for the collection from the same address! Nevertheless, their driver came and did not take any bags today as he didn't check my second order on their system! Since then, I have spoken to a staff member from Skoup, and during that conversation it was very obvious about multiple errors by the company. Firstly, when I had called Skoup, prior to doing the 2nd booking, skoup staff member had not given me correct information, secondly, there was no communication between the staff member and their driver and thirdly, the driver did not check their system, nor he collected the bins from my first order! Very unsatisfactory service provided by Skoup.

Used a couple of times now, each time is quick, quiet, and full of quality.

They do exactly what they say, they remove the waste. Thats it. No unnecessary chatter. No awkward conversation, sometimes you dont even realise its been picked up! 10/10

Sorting the days out was a bit confusing but they picked up the stuff super easily once that was sorted out at a way cheaper price than competitors! :)

Booked collection of 5 bin bags twice now. Both times collected on the day without any issues.

If there was zero stars I would give this company that. I have use this company a handful of times primarily due to the price but unfortunately the price greatly reflects the unreliability of this company. I have been told excuses why they haven't turned up such as the vehicle couldn't fit down the road, a technical glitch on my order or even more simple such as we can't give you a reason why they didn't turn up but they just didn't turn up. I'm amazed in this day and age that companies are even allowed to operate like this when they repeatedly are more than happy to take your money, not turn up & not provide a service.

I can't understand if something unexpected happens in which case with any regular company you would receive a phone call or email informing you of the delay but with this company unfortunately the unreliability is just on a repeated loop of persistently not showing up for bookings. If you don't chase after your missed booking they wouldn't bother to contact you and you would just lose your money so beware. If you expect your booking to be completed on the day you actually book it for I wouldn't hold your breath.
