Scratched wine fridge
I ordered a wine cooler and was offered another model which could be delivered faster.
Besides very poor delivery service, the item was scratched - very visible scratches on the side and top of the fridge.
It makes sense now why I was offered a discount on it, but I’d like to know that I’m buying something with defect.
The fridge itself is alright, but noisy.

Perfect purchase experience
Perfect purchase experience, although RTC (the company who delivers the stuff) was a terrible experience. The issue in the delivery was solved by the help of Skousen's customer support, but the RTC guys didn't know anything about installing a fridge, considering that I paid 2000 kr. extra for delivery and installation. So, maybe it's time for Skousen to collaborate with another shipping company :-)
