very expensive costs

They locked my grandpas funds up. He can’t even withdraw the money. I don’t see how that is legal when it’s his money! Stay away from this site!! They are saying it might take 3 days to unlock and he has no groceries

Skrill is my favorite way to receive money. But unfortunately, not many people use it. I prefer it over israeli's payoneer. Skrill needs to outreach freelance platforms for integration and work on E-commerce. I'd love to be its loyal customer. From Pakistan.

I don’t get to use Skrill very often, as they unfortunately don’t offer a debit card, and I don’t make many online purchases otherwise. What I don’t like is that they charge a very high inactivity fee of 5.00 if you don’t use the account much!

Skrill Closed My Account Without Returning My Money
I am extremely disappointed with Skrill’s handling of my account. My account was closed, but my remaining funds have not been returned to me.

I understand that financial service providers may have security and compliance procedures to follow. However, closing a customer’s account should not mean leaving their money inaccessible without a clear explanation or a reasonable process for recovering it.

I have been trying to resolve this situation, but I still need a clear answer about my remaining balance and when I can expect to receive my money back.

This situation has caused me significant frustration and concern. Customers deserve transparency, fair treatment, and clear communication, especially when their own funds are involved.

I urge Skrill to review my case, explain the status of my remaining balance, and provide a clear process and timeline for returning my money.

Closing an account is one thing; failing to provide a clear resolution regarding a customer’s remaining funds is another. I hope Skrill takes this matter seriously and resolves it as soon as possible.

Skrill will gladly take your money for them, knowing they are a scam. Skrill will then shift the blame to paysafecard as if they themselves (skrill) are doing nothing wrong.

If you ever see that your payment involves skrill, you should know there is an extremely high chance you are about to be scammed.

Skrill will now response to this with an automated message trying to not take any blame for their participation in this scam-service completely.

There is absolutely zero morality going on on Skrills part.

My Skrill account has been blocked for 48 hours, and I am currently abroad, traveling, with $6,000 USD of my own money completely inaccessible.

The worst part is the total lack of proper customer support. I have no effective way to speak to a real human agent who can explain what is happening or help resolve this situation.

I understand that security checks may sometimes be necessary, but leaving a customer unable to access $6,000 for two days, especially while traveling abroad, without meaningful assistance is unacceptable.

This situation is causing me serious stress and financial inconvenience. I need Skrill to review my case urgently, restore access to my account, and provide a clear explanation of why it was blocked.

The customer supports don't respond and the phone lines don't work. The AI they build called sofia is absolute crap it is not well modelled/built.
It has been 7 days (over 150 business hours) since I submitted a withdrawal request for £1,000 worth of USDT (Transaction ID: 7312385789). This transaction has remained pending far beyond the standard processing time without any explanation. I have sent multiple messages without receiving a response, called the helpline without success, and opened several tickets with different case IDs which are merged into one (*34291296*, 34292906,34291483 etc), all to no avail. If processing this cryptocurrency withdrawal is experiencing difficulties, the transaction should have been cancelled within your standard 72-hour window rather than being left pending for nearly 7 days. Just cancel the damn transaction!
