Recently I asked David to produce for me a Domain email to end the amount of spam I was receiving by the big players in email Outlook. He is brilliant at explaining , creating and fixing up all my pc issues here in inner city Brisbane. nothing is too big an issue for him and Skybridge Domains. He has provided a great security system for me and scams have ceased to flood in. . Thoroughly recommend to anyone or company.

David handles his clients personally. He knows what he’s doing and he takes firm responsibility for making sure all your services work as they should.

He works all hours, even weekends.

I can say, hand on heart, that if you are thinking of moving, you should.

I was notified by Sky Broadband that the price of my package was going to increase at the end of my contract. It was an increase of £20 per month, making my broadband jump from £23 per month to £43 per month.
I considered this too big an increase and decided to leave at the end of my contract. It was easy to find a better package at a cheaper price than I was originally paying.
My contract ends on 27th July and I’m paid up to the 23rd of July, meaning that I’ll owe Sky £3 for four days at 75p a day.
Instead of my bill being for £3, it is now almost £34.
They have made me pay for almost a full month of a contract I neither asked for or desire. They say they will refund any overpayments but why name them in the first place. I gave my two weeks notice that they asked for
On their site they proudly display that they will refund any over payments after 45 days, which I’m my case will be about mid September. It seems a long time to wait for something that I never owed them in the first place. I doubt they would accept waiting 45 days for customers to pay them. They it seems, can do as they like.
After 27th July I am no longer in contact and with a new supplier. This means that I am paying for two lots of broadband until Sky decide to refund me.
It’s amazing how many people accept this without question.
All it seems is that Sky want to cling onto any money they can even when it’s not there’s.
I’ve no idea how they can legally getaway with this practice but they do.
I will never go back to Sky.
I’m on a State Pension and can’t afford to be lending Sky my money without consent.

Currently travelling in Japan. My VOIP phone on Bria ( on ipad and laptop) has performed brilliantly. Calls back home and around the world plus local Japan. All you need is adequate wifi. Hired a portable wifi at Tokyo airport - so had VOIP everywhere including on bullet trains. Getting SIM cards working in some countries is a nightmare & a hassle at airports getting right SIM....For travellers I would recommend a Skybridge VOIP install while in home country - so you are ready to go when you arrive at your destination. I have been trialling Skybridge VOIP and I am sold! As for the sound - High definition sound is amazing on the VOIP. Very happy.
