Let me walk you through exactly what happened to me, step by step. Read before you deposit.

Step 1 – Sign up
I created an account.

Step 2 – Phone verification
They asked me to verify my phone number. I did.

Step 3 – Email verification
They asked me to verify my email. I did.

Step 4 – Accept terms
I accepted their terms and conditions.

Step 5 – "Verifying your identity"
A screen appeared saying they were verifying my identity electronically.

Step 6 – "Identity verified"
The screen changed to say my identity had been verified and my account was ready.

Step 7 – Deposit screen
Immediately after that, the deposit screen appeared.

Step 8 – I deposited £10
I deposited £10 in good faith.

Step 9 – Immediate suspension
The moment the money left my bank account? Account suspended. No warning. No explanation.

No bets placed. No service provided. Just frozen.

Then I met their customer support.

They let you complete all verification steps. They tell you you're verified. They show you the deposit screen. The second your money hits their account – blocked. Then their support agents are trained to stonewall, lie, paste scripts, and close chats on you rather than help.
