The team were fantastic they worked so hard and it was left sparking clean for the new owners

I've been very impressed with skylite cleaning. I've employed them on several occasions and I've always been delighted with not only the final finished job but also the prompt time keeping, the ease and speed in booking an appointment and the over all delight it is to deal with them.
The cleaning quality is fantastic. Some of my places have been left a tip by tenants I'm actually embarrassed to ask the young ladies from skylite to clean them. But nothings too much trouble and even the worst ends up looking superb. As a landlord, a good cleaning company is gold dust and these guys don't disappoint.

I booked Skylite for a deep clean of our house before handing the keys over to the new owners. Having never used them before, I went off their great reviews and competitive quote and hoped for the best.

It was a tight runaround between the exchange and completion dates so we were behind on getting absolutely everything out of the house before they arrived on site.

The two ladies who arrived to clean did an incredible job - every room was left sparkling and as good as new. The original wooden floorboards in the master bedroom were brought back to their original glory. The carpets were deep cleaned brilliantly. The oven in particular was immaculate and sparkling and as good as new.

I was so impressed that I asked if they could come to my new house and be our regular weekly cleaners but unfortunately they don’t offer such a service. I would recommend to anyone needing a deep clean of their home.

Just had Skylite Cleaning Limited sort out my place with an end of tenancy clean, freshened up the carpets and sofa, and gave the patio a proper jet wash — blown away by the results! The team was bang on time, super professional, and didn’t miss a beat. My flat is sparkling, the carpets are like brand new, and the patio’s never looked better. Alex was really helpful and flexible with dates. The girls came today and did an excellent job in difficult circumstances as there is still some decorating going on. I shall definitely be using them again and would recommend them highly.

I worked with Skylite for my end of tenancy cleaning.
Organizing was easy, and they are relatively premium priced but reviews are strong so I decided to go with them.

The team arrived in the morning, and they were not aligned with what I had agreed with the manager, so they initially refused to clean the windows and balcony. After a showing proof through emails plus re-looping back with the manager, this was fixed.

Overall the cleaning was in good standard and relatively fast, but then the tricky piece started. I had booked with them carpet steam cleaning, but they left the carpets in a messy state. I have pets, so of course some pet hair was around, but the carpets almost looked worse than their initial status. And they started advising me to bring back my hoover from new apartment, and clean afterwards myself. I mean, I have a carpet washer and a hoover, so if it was going to come to me doing the cleaning, I wouldn't have paid.

But to me the worse piece is the attitude of the team handling this situation. These two ladies were constantly shouting at me when I asked them not to leave the carpet in this state. One of them also didn't speak English so was shouting in own language towards me, I don't even want to think what she was saying.

All in all, paid a sizeable amount, ended up bringing not only my hoover but also carpet cleaner to do the work myself.

Very professional company with a great bunch of management and staff. Sky life team have been cleaning for me for a few months now and always do a great job. Friendly and honest and management easy to talk to. A lovely company to deal with and well worth the money for the hard work they put in.
