Recently my partner and I purchased a property in Codsall through SLADE Property Collective. We were buying our first home together and Mark Slade provided a fantastic service. As first time buyers Mark’s advice, personal service and communication was incredible. His guidance throughout the process was fantastic. We would highly recommend SLADE Property Collective.

I would highly recommend Mark Slade at Slade Property Collective. We have sold and bought through him in Penn and Compton. It has been a very positive experience. Mark is professional and proactive in all areas, always available and ready to deal with any issues.

Just wanted to recommend Mark Slade at Slade Property Collective after our sale finally completed. Mark has been with us on the arduous journey since the start, and not sure how we would have coped without him. Everything was going swimmingly until something came up on our survey and we had to almost start again! But Mark stuck with us and communicated brilliantly with us and the buyers meaning that the sale could still go through to everyone’s satisfaction. I think that’s down to the fact Mark knows the area so well - Codsall - and also that he is not part of some massive estate agency that doesn’t really care. He was there right up until the end, even sending us a video of the buyers opening the door to the new property with a big smile on their faces! I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We met Mark by sheer accident when we came out of a property we'd viewed he introduced himself and we got talking and he told us about himself and the fact he was an estate agent and we told him we were interested in the property but hadn't put ours on the market yet as agreed in conversation we asked Mark to value our property he is the most fantastic guy very professional and thorough he took so many photos of all angles and gave us a realistic valuation as we wanted potential buyers through the door the photos were quality and all literature was absolutely brilliant we sold our house in 6 days I couldn't believe it what a result I would highly recommend Mark to market your property wherever you live he is honest professional and nothing is too much trouble he keeps you informed at all stages and I'm so glad we used him for our sale I'm so grateful for everything to Mark and his associate oliver cheers guys you deserve to do well I can't imagine anyone puts in as much effort as these guys

As the Executor of my mother's will it was important to find a professional and reliable Estate Agent to sell her home. After an initial meeting with Oliver Jones it was clear Slade property were the team we needed. He gave us honest advice and pitched the price perfectly to get in the viewings and sell quickly above asking price. He gave us the information we needed as in how much everything was going to cost and what to expect and anything we needed to prepare for selling...not a load of useless info with pie charts and graphs of sales in the area!! (Yes one agent did waffle on for an hour!) As soon as we met Oliver, we knew that we need look no further, and in future, we will know right away where to go if we ever want to market a property again. Oliver is down to earth, easy to talk to, and knows his stuff.
Oliver has dealt with the sale of our late fathers home from start to finish, has arranged and attended all the viewings personally, kept us up to date every inch of the way, and within 5 days of marketing, we had offers coming in left right and centre. Once we had accepted an offer, Oliver chased solicitors, regularly liaised with the buyer, and quite frankly took all of the stress right off us, and for that we are eternally grateful. It has been a long, and difficult journey at times due to specific requirements of the buyers “non traditional” lenders. Oliver has not been phased by the difficulties at all, and as the ultimate professional that he is, has reassured us that all will be ok, and that these are just technicalities that may prolong the matter, but aren’t anything that can’t be overcome. Our sale finally completed today.
It has to be said that another “well known” agent had previously valued the property and told us that the only way to sell it would have been at modern auction, and valued it at £40’000 less. Oliver didn’t agree, and explained why. We trusted Oliver's experience and knowledge of the property market, and it turns out he was right !. Thank you so very much Oliver, you are the best, and it has been so reassuring knowing that our sale was in the right hands .…. Wishing Slade every success as they grow their new business
