I can’t recommend Mark Slade at the Slade Propety collective enough. Mark has kept in touch with me and has provided me with a 5 star service. He has been honest and compassionate to the circumstances in which I’ve had to sell my house. My house sold within 4 days thanks to Marks accurate valuation and beautiful attention to detail with his photography/ description. Mark has even supported me to get over asking price for my property.

Finally sold !
After not having much luck selling my property in the Tettenhall area with a Wolverhampton estate agent I switched to Slade Property Collective.

From start to finish Oliver Jones was excellent!
Olly came to value my property and within 2 weeks it was listed and sold!
Slade property collective focus on a person centred experience and they defiantly delivered this! I felt like I was Olly’s only customer (even though I know he’s a busy man!), nothing was too much and no question was ever too silly for him.
My property was in the Compton area of Wolverhampton.
Olly has truly made this experience which can be pretty daunting very easy and manageable with my full time busy job.

From the first time you meet Oliver and Mark they bring energy and enthusiasm to help you sell your house.
Oliver gave us lots of support and help in the early stages of the sale, setting a realistic asking price, photos / viewings bringing an expertise which helped us show the house in a way that helped buyers see the properties maximum potential.
Oliver is an excellent communicator which helped enormously. Oliver always made time to take calls or call us back meaning we always felt informed throughout the process allowing us to make informed decisions.
