I can’t recommend this shop enough for expert friendly advice. I always use them for all my fragrances, and would never go anywhere else. G’ma is a joy to be served by. V happy, and thank you.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my Guerlain lipstick last week. Money taken from my acvount😡Looks like I’m not going to receive it!!

I ordered a Guerlain lipstick earlier in July, was informed that on the 11th it had been sent. Parcel arrived containing hair products and no lipstick. They were very sorry but got the order mixed up with “ the next lady”!
I emailed on the 13th and they paid me to send the parcel back. I was told firstly that the lipstick would be sent, nothing came, then told that they were waiting for stock as it was an end of line from Guerlain. I have cancelled the order asked for a refund as l do not want to wait for however long it takes??
I have emailed every day asking for confirmation that they are going to happen, email after email and no reply.
What is it with this company that it seems to be happening to a lot of people. I did not pay for something that was not available and absolutely do not like ( as other reviewers) to be totally ignored. I will certainly keep bombarding until l get a result.

Do not use this company.
Ordered through Klarna ( Not who I am reviewing, no issues with Klarna ) As Slapiton was a really good price for some aftershave. Got my order confirmation from them.But the order was never processed.Been weeks now.They said the order would be ready yesterday.I’ve sent 6 emails no reply.They NEVER answer their phone.

This is a terrible business. I placed my order over a month ago. The item was showing as in stock at the time. However, my order still shows as being “in progress” on their website.
I have tried calling them, but the phone line rings out. I have emailed twice, and used Facebook messenger - no response.
I have contacted my credit card provided to arrange a chargeback…however, as the transaction is showing as pending, they can’t action it.
This means that at some future date, slapiton will be able to take that money. Presumably they think I will have forgotten all about it! And it will be too late to do anything.
THIS IS CLEARLY SOME SORT OF SCAM. PLEASE AVOID….

Not happy at all! I ordered a moisturiser and paid £36 ( which has been taken out of my bank account) delivery was stated as immediate .. it has now been nearly 4 weeks and no moisturiser!
I have e mailed Slapiton twice, and telephoned twice to chase my order, but no replies to e mails or phone!
I will not be buying anything from Slapiton ever again, and certainly won’t recommend the company!
They have taken my money, and don’t even have the decency to answer my correspondence!
Think before you buy from Slapiton!!

Made an order on 21.11.2022, sent an email and made several phone calls (nobody answered and there is no facility to leave a message). My order still hasn't arrived. Avoid!!

Made an order to Slapiton on 16th November had confirmation of my order,A week later I've received no delivery date and no other communication despite sending 2 emails and 3 phone calls that don't get answered,not sure if this is a scam site as there very unprofessional.
Nearly 3 weeks later still no answer to phone calls or emails,still received no order and cannot cancel order as noone acknowledges you!!Steer very clear of this website!

I can only report good things about the Slapiton company. I have ordered twice and it will certainly not be the last. Nice contact, fast delivery, great products. Thank you very much!

Bought an item over 4 weeks ago but nothing has came, a week back they said it would be with me the next day but 8 days later I am still waiting and now they will not get back to me.
Don’t be conned like I have been do not shop here.

Terrible! ordered on 23rd May, apparently item was dispatched on 31st May. Never arrived, chased and told will dispatch again as issues with depot. Still nothing has arrived. Takes two days to respond to an email, but not responding when asking for a refund. They don't answer the phone either! Very, very disappointing.

05/03/21, order placed. 25/03/21 After 2 reminders credit card charged for full amount & order dispatched with 2 of 3 items missing. 1 missing item was refunded. Other item on 10 day delay. On 16/04/21 they agreed to send the substitute product that I requested. 27/04/21 no sign of item, reminders emailed on 27/04/21 & 03/05/21. 13/05/21 no answer from their 'phone & no answer machine. Bad Service !
Update: On 17/05/21 I received an apology & a full refund of my order, which was very much appreciated

My first purchase from Slapiton. Very pleased, it arrived quickly, quality product at a competitive price. I will use the again.
