Really pleased with this mattress
Really pleased with this mattress. It's the second one we've bought and it was after trying three of the other well known mattresses "in a box", all of which got returned within their 100 day trial periods.

Lucky find! Fifth time lucky
After trying Casper (too hot), leesa (too firm), Emma (too hot and firm) and Otty (too firm), the Tweak duo is 5th time lucky!! We love it, after trialling the soft insert options, we’ve both settled for the medium variation of the mattress inserts. It’s lovely and cool and just soft enough along with enough firmness to avoid any aches and pains. After an 18 month search, we’ve found our mattress. Very pleased. Great customer service too. great mattress, my wife likes her side of bed very firm but I need my side to be much softer so have ordered two more foams [extra soft] for myself.

Tweak Duo Mattress
The Tweak duo mattress has really helped with alleviating my back pain, when every other mattress seems to make it worse. I requested to try a different topper and it arrived quickly and free of charge. Really pleased with my purchase and so is my husband who sleeps on a different level of firmness to me.

Superb mattress, a pleasure to sleep on!
I’d been looking for a new mattress for some time and was particularly interested in the new generation memory foam and bed in a box offerings. After much researching I came across Tweak Slumber in a very good write up in a newspaper. After checking out very positive reviews I went for the nrem taking advantage of the fantastic discount on offer. A bit of a risk having not tried it, but the 100 night trial eased any real worry about that. Customer service is excellent answering my queries quickly, and delivery was good, decent communication with the courier and very accommodating for our circumstances as we’d recently moved house and had to arrange a special delivery date. The mattress itself is brilliant. It’s obviously a bit of a novelty to customise your side of the bed, but I think changing the foam tablets around genuinely makes a difference to the feel of the bed and I’ve tried a couple of options before settling with the lower back pain formation. It looks good and modern/stylish too. It did take a bit of adjusting too, as the feel was so different to my old (awful, open sprung/memory foam combo) mattress. But it is so so superior, and I really feel my body is benefitting. Hardly any back pain anymore at all, it’s so comfortable. Soft but firm and supportive at the same time?! My husband is a pretty stocky man and I could feel his every move in our old bed, barely feel a thing now which is amazing! With the marvellous discount I can’t believe the quality of bed we’ve managed to bag! Thank you Tweak, your bed is superb and a joy to get into every night!

Fantastic mattress once we got the set…
Fantastic mattress once we got the set up right, took a couple of goes to get the comfort right. My wife still found it to firm and I was amazed with the response from tweak slumber, they very promptly and with no quibble sent a full length super soft length of foam for her side which made a massive difference. Very impressed with the level of help and service.

The customer service was excellent
The customer service was excellent, I found the mattress too firm for me even with the soft insert, so I was going to return it. When I contacted customer service they suggested that they could send me a super soft insert. Which they did and it solved the problem. They even gave me another 100 night trial. Great product and customer service.

The mattress that I received was no use for my needs but when contacting Tweak they informed me that they had super soft panels which they sent me to try. The staff are very quick to respond to messages and very friendly and helpful. A great company to deal with

It has been almost two weeks now since…
It has been almost two weeks now since our Tweak super king mattress arrived. My wife always goes for a firm mattress but I like something softer so opted for medium.
The best thing is that there is no discernible 'ridge' between the two halves so it doesn't feel like two mattresses shoved together.
I am a fussy sleeper and am still toying with trying a softer option on my side even now. We have 100 days to decide so we are feeling pretty happy at the moment. A lot of people tell me that foam mattresses start to compress after a while and lose their shape. No sign of this so far and I like the reassurance that the bottom section uses springs in the 'combi' set up.
So...in a nutshell, good so far and certainty better sleeps for both of us.
Delivery was spot on and the guys who brought it were fab. They told us they go all over ths country and I couldn't help thinking that they might need one of these mattresses in the back of the truck in case they couldn't get home in time!
