Bght a sleepnight in 2020.

My Daughter purchased a bed less than a month ago given years warranty, the bed is damaged and ripping, she was straight on to them, they just replied saying will get manufacturers, my Daughter sent message after message still ignored her , i sent them emails & messages and blocked me and my Daughter, now taking this to trading standards took my Daughters £580 pounds basically robbing people.

Really poor customer service, would not recommend or ever use this company again

After few miscommunications . I got a very good bed and on time. No delays at all.I am happy.
The person who delivered was a co operative man.

I had my bed delivered today it was delivered by a lovely guy and he checked over my order make sure the colour was all correct and is a good solid one an absolute bargain.L. Thanks again

Placed an order with these lot over a month ago (21st October 2022). They respond to your messages to start with then the bed never arrives and they never get back to you! Luckily for me I got in touch with another company who got me a bed in a week and showed me my bed getting made (Bed4u).

Ps: In no way am I affiliated to bed4u just a very happy customer of theirs!

Avoid these clowns at all costs!

Ignore all the fake good reviews this outfit are a firm of conmen selling poor quality couches and deliver completely different as advertised on pictures. Then when you try resolve the problem they act stupid and say we only deliver for other company’s DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

By far the worst company I have ever had the displease of being involved in. Got told on 11/10/22 that my bed would going to be delivered on 13/10/22. I dismantled my old bed ready for my new one to arrive. 10 days later and I’m still without a bed. I keep getting ignored when o have sent multiple messages and tried to call numerous times. I am still waiting for a call back from 14/10/22. I have now been without a bed for over a week now and it’s starting to effect my health with the back pain. Do not waste your time.

Absolutely fantastic service. Excellent communication as I had numerous questions before ordering. Bed was delivered within a few days by a friendly and professional gentleman. I absolutely love my bed, I managed to put it up alone in next to no time. My last bed cost over double what I paid for this one and I can honestly say the quality of this one far outweighs the old one. I’ve recommended sleep night to my friends and family. I will definitely be ordering more for my children. Have no reservations this company and products is exceptional.

Great customer service kept us updated regularly. When bed arrived he was very polite and friendly, really happy with the bed overall. Felt really at ease that cash payment was an option and they send you loads of pictures and videos for a visual. Such good quality for cheaper price Thank you!

Amazing service from sleepnight beds. The quality of the bed is outstanding and made really well. They guy put it all together in around half an hour, he was really nice too and just cracked on with it. Really pleased with the bed it’s beautiful. Thankyou guys 👍🏼
