GOOD: These are the only headphones that are always comfortable enough to wear at night. The sound is good enough, and hard to imagine being better given the size constraint. The latest sized headband works a lot better than the previous "one size fits most," which was too loose. With the new headband, the speakers almost stay in an appropriate location, and only need a small adjustment each night (unlike the previous one, where I had to tie knots in the cord to maintain position).

COMPARE: i also have DubsLab BEDPHONES, which have slightly better sound, usually feel OK at first, but after several nights I get sensitized to the wires around the ears and can't wear them. The cord is much better on the BEDPHONES. Sometimes, I resort to BEDPHONEs speakers inserted in SleepPhones headband, but they are a bit thicker, and still less comfortable even in the headband.

BAD: The cord and plug are flimsy, and the plug breaks after about a year of use. The phones are cheap enough that I am willing to buy new ones each year, but it's annoying. The cord is too fine, and tends to tangle. Since the cord is wired to the speakers, there is no good way to use an alternate cord. This problem will not apply to the wireless arrangement, but I don't like wireless in general.

I've been using SleepPhones for years and highly recommend them! I use them for sleeping, listening to audiobooks and podcasts. When I sleep, I put the band over my eyes, and no light wakes me up in the morning ... neither the sun rising, nor my husband putting the lights on before I'm ready to rise;-)

It seems awkward to have the control panel in the headband at the back of the head. So I turned it to be at my forehead and rearranged the position of the earphones. It works well and the sound quality is good.

Sleepphones are a necessity. If you have trouble sleeping due to a noisy partner or other noises, there is nothing better that SleepPhones.

The charging is inconsistent. I've emailed customer service but have not heard back. My issue is similar to what I've seen others write about. The device needs to be taken out of the headband to get it to even blink. And even with that, the green light flashes over and over and often along with intermittent red light flashing. I haven't had a solid green light since I first used it. I'm going to give customer service another day to respond to my issue.

I did not like the sleepphones as i found them rather uncomfortable to sleep with and they did not block out the noise as i was hoping. the sound quality of the music however was good.

Comfortable for sleeping, decent audio. I wish there was indication when to recharge.

I like them and use them every night but I wish the sizing chart was accurate. I measured my head and it fell into the L range. When I received my package the band was very loose and falls off during sleep. I needed to go to a M to make up the difference the stretch makes.

Very difficult to find what I was looking for even when I know what I needed - Bluetooth speakers (only). The only way I found it for sure was via a link from the online support team.

This is my second headset and I buy them as gifts too.

awesome. awesome. awesome!! I have tinnitus and I use these when I wake up in the middle of the night. This coupled with my calm app puts me right back to sleep every time. Love.

Having suffered from insomnia for decades I bought the SleepPhones and now sleep well every night. Having a sleep mask and being able to listen to an audiobook without ear discomfort or having to lie on my back helps switch off my mind. I set a 30 minute timer but am almost always asleep before the thirty minutes are up.
The customer service from this company is first class - we have become used to and accepting of average to poor service these days but this company shows personal interest, intelligence and amazing customer service.
I’ve recently upgraded to the magnetic charging system and two modules which makes life even easier.
Buy this product - you won’t be disappointed.

Great product, great service and great quality.

I've loved every pair of sleep phones I've had, which is about 4. The utility and sound quality is perfect for me and I've recommended them often. My only complaint is with reliability/durability. I want to say I've had those four pairs in only about 6-7 years. They just stop working after awhile, at least two times within the warranty period, so I just got them replaced. My latest pair includes a charging pad, which I hope will make a difference by limiting the amount of unplugging and handling needed to use them. It's a little tricky to position them correctly so they charge, but for now I'll blame myself for being on a learning curve with them. I will say the company has been very easy to work with and I love the story of how their female founder was called to create sleep phones from her own need for them. Way to manifest, sister! Consider me a true believer who will continue spreading the gospel of how awesome this product is. BTW, as a long-time, daily user, I'd love to help develop future innovations and I have a couple of ideas. Hit me up, Acoustic Sheep.
