Great house, great communication.

Great accommodation with plenty of facilities - you really want to maximise your time at Willowheyes but there are also places to visit nearby. We had a marvellous stay - would definitely recommend and hope to return!

Very comfortable and well equipped house, with safe and secure front garden in a lovely rural setting.

This was our 3rd visit to Holemore Stables and are ready to book again for next year, just getting the deposit together.

The whole process is fantastic, our group of 18 going to be coming back for many years to come.

WHAT A WEEKEND!!! We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Fuzzy Orchard celebrating my 40th birthday.

The property is surrounded by fields and completely private, excusing the sheep of course.

Fuzzy Orchard was absolutely incredible! The quality, amenities and cleanliness were beyond immaculate. The pool, downstairs open layout and hot tub was absolutely perfect and made our event super enjoyable!

I also hired a local private chef in (Gayla’s Catering) for dinner on the Friday to cater for 13 adults - the food was absolutely delicious and made the Friday evening super special.

Ash, the owner is fab! He welcomed us at the property on Friday, gave us a very quick tour of the house and then popped back up on the morning of departure to say bye.

Words to describe the weekend are hard to find as it completely excelled all expectation! Just amazing!!

Crowcombe was great for a group of 8 adults and 3 small children gathered for a birthday celebration. The children and parents especially loved the pool. The trampoline, table tennis, pool table and table football also provided welcome entertainment. The flexibility of the accommodation meant the beds and bedrooms could be arranged so that the children felt happy and secure. Lovely walks out onto the Quantocks and a great pub 20 minutes walk away were a bonus.

This place was incredible we had the best weekend in a beautiful spacious property. We had a couple of hiccups but the proprietor could not of been more helpful...I will definitely return - hopefully when the weather is better next time!! A gorgeous place to spend QT with friends and or family x

This was our 3rd booking with Sleeps 12 in 3 different properties. We have never had any issues with either the booking process or the houses, they have all been as described. Will use them again in the future.

The house was great, well equipped and clean on arrival. Excellent. However it takes 10 working days to return the security deposit! Too long!

A well run company that provide lovely homes to make wonderful memories. We have used them twice now and I’m sure we will use them again in the future.

This was our third time back, so I think that says it all!

We booked 'Beyond the Woods' for a 60th birthday celebration weekend for family members and it didn't disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we were met by John who was very friendly and welcoming and showed us around the house and pool area. We had the most amazing weekend!! The house is fantastic, set in glorious countryside and so peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, glasses...2 dishwashers!! You name it, they have it! Very comfortable beds and bedrooms - most of them with ensuites. The main bedroom was huge with a lovely view of the garden. The house has board games and books to keep everyone entertained. The garden is beautiful, a great place to wander and sit with nature, great play equipment for children. The outdoor games room is fabulous if you want to escape the house and have some fun. There are stacks of wellies to use if you fancy a wander around the farm - the pigs are delightful and we enjoyed feeding them windfall apples from the trees surrounding the house.
The 'piece de resistance' (and the main reason for booking) was the pool area. Wow! We loved it all - the pool was a perfect size, temperature and depth for all ages and abilities...we had so much fun in there. The sauna was hot and so easy to use - just flick a switch. The jacuzzi was a great place to relax with a birthday cocktail...plastic glasses of course. there were even showers there and a changing room with hairdryers. I really can't find anything negative to say about our stay, perfect from start to finish. We had great communication from Sleeps 12 and would use them again if looking for a large family holiday property.

Coat barn is a beautiful place , me and my family had a fantastic time celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The pool and games room make a fabulous addition to this property. The welcome cakes and bubbly were an appreciated added touch too. We look forward to visiting again one day!

Two grandparents, six parents and five grandchildren (aged from 10 to fifteen) for whom the facilities were very good. Although the village was a little way away the house facilities (hot tub, pool, sauna etc plus pool table) meant it was very easy to stay in and enjoy ourselves.
Plenty of places nearby to visit if outings wanted. Taunton about twenty minutes away.
Kitchen facilities very good. House very clean.

Excellent property to celebrate a family birthday with 14 of us (age 2 - 67). Lovely little touches on arrival (including the yummy cake) and a great base from where to explore the Somerset area. The pool, hot tub and pool table got plenty of use. Thanks to the owners for everything
