No support, no email no way to contact anyone, their whole after video system is down, doesent even give you an option do download and not sure if its temporary or gone forever since theres no support, going to wait a few days and do a chargeback...absolutely ridiculous

Absolute Sh!t. It's basically a scam I believe. Every single "plan" they offer is trying to basically upsell the more expensive versions, there's even a "Life-time" plan, only for 5 dollars more than the 1-year plan, but hurry! "THE OFFER ENDS SOON".

As for the actual service, nah, could not get it to work. I managed to download a Mp4 file for some reason, when I was trying to get a MP3 file... And, the file in question did not work properly anyway.

I signed up last night with my email address and password. I paid my money and it keeps saying invalid. there is no link to contact anyone. A complete scam in my opinion. You pay the money and good bye. No links provided for contacts. Please save your money.

Website has no password recovery system and it barely works at all. Wasted my money on the time-limited offer and I'm very disappointed. Don't fall for this scam.

paid to export better quality video. ALL the videos have cutting problem, the first 5s are black screen all the time. For such a simple tool i was expecting it to work

I put in the exact timestamps and it only gave me downloads of the full video afterwards

Paid the minimum to download a video in high quality. The download bar kept restarting, never passing about 12%, before saying "download failed". I tried on different browsers and the same problem happened.

No contact info to be found. Total scam.
Wish I had found TrustPilot before having tried the website.

SliceTube trims and downloads the video, but has 2 seconds of error at the beginning of the video.

I got scammed with these subscription web software. what a waste of 30 USD. Folks dont be fooled with these BS people. I repeat SliceTube is a scam. Their product doesn't work at all.

Paid $5 because I needed to cut a video.

The loading bar took 10 minutes to get to 3%. It was a 10 minute cut.

Then it went backward to 0.5%. Ended up finding a free alternative in the meantime.

Honestly the worst expierience with a website ever. I usualyl dont leave reviews.

The creator of this "tool" can go suck a monkey's ass for wasting my time with this and robbing me of 5 dollars.

It's a fake site that takes your money and doesn't provide a service
It'll just claim 'network error' no matter what browser, device, or internet type you use.

This literally does not even work

Wile scam! It’s not working! I bought their 5 bucks monthly plan and they keep charging me 5 bucks every month for the service that is not working! And worse of all - there’s no way to end the subscription! It’s a trap!
If anyone here found the way to cancel the payment please, share your information with me because I really don’t know what to do!!!

Decent tool, but could be better. I've used this YouTube trimmer a few times now. It's okay for basic cutting, but sometimes it lags when I'm trying to trim longer videos. The interface is simple enough to use. Downloading works fine most of the time. Not bad, but not amazing either.

First, it takes time to clip the video. Then, it downloads a 1 sec clip instead of the preferred time. WORST EXPERIENCE.

Its not working. I wasted Rs.999.
No customer care number or email Id. I must have checked it.

Pls dont pay.
