Same has happened to me

Same has happened to me. Ordered something, never arrived but every month they charge my card. I've cancelled it twice, had new cards sent out but they still seem to obtain my personal details. My bank have frozen my card but have asked me to to contact this dodgy company to try and cancel my subscription...does anyone have any telephone numbers or email addresses please.

It is a scam

It is a scam! You order something and you are immediately registered in their web and they start charging you 49.99€ per month. Furthermore when you receive your order it is just a bad copy fake of what you bought! For instance they say they sell Zara summer jackets and it is just a fake Chinese copy, even with the Chinese label.

I ordered a pair of sandals thinking…

I ordered a pair of sandals thinking the price was in australian dollars. Instead of paying $29.95 they took $47.74 from my bank. there was no indication on the website that the cost was in American dollars. I only saw usd when i got the confirmation email. I have tried to contact them but both email addresses were returned to me. I left a message on thier website but heard nothing. i hope they dont take more money as i have read on other reviews.

Zero stars!! AVOID scammers

Ignore the one star review, it's zero star. Absolute scammers. Thought I was buying a shoe organizer reduced to 9.99 turned out I'd just paid for a subscription. AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Called within minutes of order as didn't receive email confirmation of purchase. Subscription paid wasn't refundable. Not even sure if they cancelled it as promised on the call. Again AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Buyer beware

This company shouldn't attract any stars in my opinion !
I ordered from what appeared to be an Australian site which advertised the cost of goods in AU$. Unfortunately, I later discovered my Cr.card had been charged US$ and after a lengthy discussion on their chat line, I discovered they are an offshore operation. At this point I requested the order be cancelled and was advised that even though I had immediately posted a query on their help line, the order had already been processed and therefore they were unable assist.
It would now seem I've been blocked as I can no longer access the site, help chat line or even the order confirmation details using the log in information provided on the original confirmation email.
In addition it also appears there's a hidden "subscription" attached as another foreign currency amount has been withdrawn from my account by this company.

Spam, thiefs, con artists

This company is spam and a thief. I supposedly signed up for a 3 day trial about 2 years ago what I have never done. They have said I done it to revive discounted goods from there company I have never heard of them in my life. 19.99 has been taking out my account every 2 weeks for just under a year I never realised until last night as never check account I have learned my lesson the hard way. Well over 1100 down bank could only get me back the last 120 days worth better than nothing. But I emailed them instead of phoning they have cancelled the subscription but refused to refund any money I have asked for all the proof that I myself took out a subscription which they can not show. SCAM, THIEFS, ILLEGAL

SCAM website!

SCAM website!
Bought an item through another website - not a whiff of the name SlightTrue. Then after purchase, payment receipt is slighttrue. Ends up you've paid for a subscription and will not give you a refund of initial amount.

Conn artists stealing money through Debit cards

This so call web based store insists I agreed to 'Enroll' in their scheme. Took £19.99 from my account for months before I noticed Over £1000 Stolen and refuse to pay it back. No proof of agreement supplied to date. No record of what I supposedly bought. Back says first payment taken by them was £3.99. I have no record and my debits card was used again and again £19.99 at non regular times. Register in Cyprus. Telephone number is a London number with someone who can hardly speak English.
AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!! Had to call in FRAUD Squad and solicitors now
