We purchased an A1 Pavement Sign

We purchased an A1 Pavement Sign - A1 (841 x
594mm) Clip Frame on Invoice No: 558173.
The "acrylic lens" or front/back panel bubbled up under the sun on one side only after 20 days. I've contacted Slimline Warehouse via email with all the info and never heard from them. We've even asked how much is a replacement lens but no-one replied.
Pretty disappointing. Do not buy from them.

If I could give 0 stars I would have

If I could give 0 stars I would have. What an incredibly disappointing experience. The product was faulty and when I contacted the company to try and resolve it I was given absolutely no support. Not any option to help us resolve it, just a note saying they wouldn't do anything to resolve it. If we treated our customers like this we wouldn't have any left. I assume that this dodgy business will end up in the same sitution.

Really disappointing customer service…

Really disappointing customer service experience. We previously ordered our banners from Officeworks as they are cheaper overall.

We use a lot of these banners and are expanding our business so thought it would be a good idea to build a relationship with business who focuses on banners.

We ordered 5 premium banners, one arrived damaged, the box was mangled and clearly had been mis-handled by the delivery driver.

We contacted slimline on the same day we received the product. It firstly took a 2nd email for them to respond, they then claimed that we had done the damage to the unit as we didn't read how to assemble them... and showed us a photo from the delivery driver of the delivery. The driver had masked the damage of the box by facing it the opposite way.

Extremely disappointed to have to fight with a business when you do everything right in reporting issues. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, JUST ORDER FROM OFFICEWORKS.

We purchased two A1 Clip Frame A-Boards…

We purchased two A1 Clip Frame A-Boards inv 273847.
We finally got the posters delivered this week and in the first use condensation built up on the poster- it was not a rainy or hot day. On the second day the poster stuck to the lens as per the photos. the plastic melted in a 20 degree day in a shady part of the street and the other melted onto the poster inside the store
These posters were printed at Vistaprint a reputable company.
the company refused our emails and dismissed us outright...

Fast service

Fast service, however courier company dropped the ball with attempted first delivery and did not seem to want to make a decent effort to to handover the goods. All they had to do was call me and not use the "no parking available" excuse.

The goods themselves function fine, however are much more plasticy than appears in photos. I was expecting laminate MDF or similar.

I have dealt with Slimline warehouse…

I have dealt with Slimline warehouse team for over a year now on several projects for advertising products for my business, I find the team to be fantastic to deal with, the respond quickly and produce a great product that we use at exhibitions, airports and high traffic city locations. I would highly recommend Slimline warehouse, their graphics team are amazing.

Didn't install the hanging unit until a…

Didn't install the hanging unit until a few months after we received it. We on-forwarded the system in its unopened packaging to one of our NZ offices. When we did install some parts were missing and one of the display panels was scratched - other than we thought the system worked really well and looked great. I thought it would be simple to get in touch and have their team simply send out the missing parts and replace the damaged panel. However they deny parts are missing and that their warehouse is not at fault. Why would I want four extra clamps for a display unit unless they were missing? They refused to supply the missing parts citing the delay in getting in touch with them from when we received the delivery - we are talking 4 months here, not a year. This is very poor form. And the kicker? I now have to pay nearly $100 to them for delivery of the missing and damaged parts! I will not buy again.

I am not sure if you received our reply to your review through Google, but I am sorry that your experience has been less than perfect. Because the product was sent to NZ using a different shipping company to our trusted courier provider, the products could have easily gone missing or perhaps damaged during loading or transit. We quality check all our products before dispatching from our warehouse. For this reason we cannot reimburse you for the damaged display panel and missing parts.
