AVOID AT ALL COST
I ordered a slip cover from slipcovers.com. We had it out of the packaging for about10 minutes before we realized the slip cover would not fit. I sent slip covers an email getting the instructions on how to do a return. I paid $25 for it to get back within the allotted time for refund. The slip cover itself was about $60. So at this point, I have $85 invested into the cover. I got an email today informing me that there were black hairs all over the slip cover and it smelled bad. Again, my husband and I had the slip cover out of the packaging for no more than 10 minutes. I have a white cat so I have no idea why it would have black cat hair on it. I was told that it also smelled bad. Our house does not smell. My husband and I are both neat freaks. Their customer service is terrible. The “inspectors “ appear to be nothing more than a person or two working to avoid all refunds. Sadly I see I’m not the only person that has given slipcovers.com a poor rating.
I should’ve been more thorough in my research. I have three more chairs that need slip covers; two in my clinic, because we see a lot of patients, and one in my office.
I will not be using this company anytime in the future.

I looked them up and tried to call after seeing an unknown charge on my AMEX. Calls don't go through.
Sent an email to the only one I could find and nothing. My email was "rejected". AMEX is not allowing my dispute. Amazing as I have come to trust AMEX. I may have to cancel my AMEX to stop this erroneous charge. What a waste of time!!

My husband and I made the grave mistake of purchasing from this company.. $170 wasted on the lowest quality product I think I've ever owned.. started with the pillow cover. The zippers are beyond cheap. You would get higher and better quality from the .99 cent store.. the zipper zipped then came apart.. then the zipper popped right off. I still laugh at thinking about it. The cover itself sucks. Absolutely sucks. It's see through, and sucks that's all I can say about it. The only positive thing is the color. I like the color very much.. everything else was a bust.

This is a horrible company out of china. The slips are see through and horrible quality. They say free returns and a full refund within 30 days of receiving, but it costs $399 to ship from Florida back to China which is $200 more than I even paid for this terrible slipcover..... so their advertising is false. This is a horrible company and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I have to give a one& that is generous. As all the rest say DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. My order doesn’t fit my couch & the colors are horrible. When I co tasted them about a return ( by email) they saidI had 30 days to return it to China in the packaging ( which arrived I a big plastic ball with no packaging slip), which is a joke. I am also now out $70.00, since I am not going to mail it back to China.
The response I got from” Jeremy” was , “we are an overseas company & that is made clear in our policies & legal”.
It is about as clear as mud, since I am not the only person that missed this. So BUYER BEWARE, & I just wished I had checked out the reviews before I ordered.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The slip covers do not fit nor are they matching covers. I waited 4 weeks for them to arrive. No one ever contacted me back regarding a tracking number. I have also emailed the customer service 9 times regarding a refund or at least to send matching covers. I am totally out $112. Do not order from them.

Horrible customer service! The cover I ordered didn’t work and I could not return the product since no one responds. There is no one that you can call and they do not respond to emails. I am stuck with the covers and lost my money!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Horrible experience! Customer support does not respond in a timely manner AND you will not be able to RETURN. While the registered address is in England, returns are to China. The quote to return was $500. I had to laugh. No response from the company when I sent a follow-up email to the cost to return.

The couch cover is see through. A roach came in my order. The order is straight from China. Nothing wrong with China, it's just that this is being advertised in USA.

Scam. There is no way to get a refund. Came in a taped up ball of plastic and the website claims "must be returned in original package" which is impossible. Claims to have a 24/7 live chat but there is none. No phone number to contact, no return address, or email.

I am having the same experience as everyone here. I measured my sofa, ordered the right size, and it does not fit. When I emailed for directions on how to return for a refund, nobody responded. Their website references a webform and a live chat for help, but neither is enabled. Email is the only way and nobody is answering it.

SCAM, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER WAS A CLUE, IVE CONTACTED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND WE NEED MORE TO DO THE SAME TO TAKE THEM OFF THE US MARKETS.
Does anyone actually work here?
Based on their measuring guide I ordered a slip cover for my couch. It took a long time to arrive and is definitely way too tight. I even double checked and I ordered exactly what they suggest based on the size. Couldn’t stretch it to fit and if we’d even tried to sit on it it would’ve popped right off. If was very frustrating. Immediately contacted the company via email as that is the only means listed on the website. They supposedly have a 30 day money back guarantee. I just wanted to return it for a larger size. It’s been almost three weeks. I’ve emailed three times. No response. No refund. Nothing. Now I’ve wasted money and I have this healing pile of useless sofa cover just sitting here.
