I contacted this company through their website (slotenmaker123.be). They promised arrival within 60 minutes in Oostende but took 2 hours. No price was communicated.
Once the technician arrived, I was told opening the door would cost €300 — even if I refused, I'd have to pay €85 just for showing up. After I threatened to call the police, they agreed to take €50 in cash, made me sign a document and left.
Ten days later, they claimed I hadn't paid anything and demanded €85 again. No invoice, no receipt, no transparency.
Stay away from this company!
