absolutely disgrace of a site,I put about 800 pounds in 3 days in this site and nothing but dry spins,plus they belong on the under slot boss and Leo Vegas umbrella both of which I'm barred from but they happily accept problem gamblers money,and of course they will say we are all sore lovers,but please try this site for yourself see if all of us are wrong.

THIS WAS ON SLOTBOSS WHICH IS PART OF LEO VEGAS & SLOTTO THEY ALL COME UNDER LEO VEGAS GAMING!!! had an old account which I could not get access too so I emailed and told slot boss I made a new one and they said that’s fine they will delete my old one. I add on my surname! However back in December I won £1400 which was given to me no problem! 3 days ago I won £3534 off £10 and now all of a sudden I have a duplicate account a self exclusion and I am not allowed my winnings!! I done the self exclusion due to the site being rubbish and I was bored that ended in sept 2017 I made my new accoung December 2017 that’s 3 months later! I have the emails to prove it all! I have been told that when you re-open a self excluded account you are to contact by telephone thats in the terms also but how about they don’t have telephone communications only email or Live chat! So they are wrong in their terms.How is this fair they clearly don’t want to pay out this much as they have given me it before. I’m so upset. They don’t have telephone communications for the stupid site so it has to all be done by email! Which is ridiculous! Don’t use this site! I will be taking A further action as what I can in any way to get my money. Because they sure as hell won’t refund all my deposits. Money grabbing unfair site stupid to not have a contact number if you ask me. All customers service reps are telling me different things and to be honest being rude I’ve even been blocked from Live chat! Strange if you ask me! DO NOT USE

Opened a account in my married name …

Opened a account in my married name which for them to close after a month as I had self excluded from one of there sister sites which didn't know at the time they then went on to tell me I had on purpose opened a new account to play there site till then I sent my marriage certificate I had a few wins and banked money as because of that I'm not in titled to a refund to do with terms and conditions which I understand but they was quick enough to take my deposits and let me withdraw

Slotto.UK closed my account while I …

Slotto.UK closed my account while I have £5000 pending for no reason. No response to my emails re verification, how do I get my money and any idea where I put in a complaint. Live customer Service confirmed it would be two days pending, 3-5 days to reach account. I logged on this morning to see status to find a message that my account has been closed and to contact customer services.

Account reactivated so hope this is an error and funds will be paid soon. Live customer services appear very helpful but why don't they respond to emails

Bad site no bad games not the best

poor experience

not the best site ive played,games playing ok when you are losing your money but as soon as the game starts going in your favor the games stick with error 404 showing up ,so you clear cookies etc restart game and what do you know starts eating your money again with very little payouts this has happened on 3 different days so it wasnt a once off ,so my advice is to maybe try else where

be careful of what you play.
