Sold me a bat that broke within the first 9 months. The warranty claim wont work online anyway I try and I cannot get contact with a live person to help. AI tool says I can only submit online but their warranty claims page doesn’t work at all. Another example of what should be an American company that doesn’t have a person you can talk to when having issues because it’s cheaper for them to just send you to an AI tool and give no customer service

I had a model AJ-10 bat custom made which is a Adam Jones bat I paid a lot of money to have it made up and the whole bat was not made up to specifications totally different bat lighter smaller barrel very unhappy with customer service they hung the phone up on me and did nothing for me I will never do business with them again

I ordered a hat 10 days ago. The status of my order has shown “Processing Order” this whole time. I reached out to customer service and they confirmed what i already can see (order is processing) and stated delivery could take 2-7 business days as noted on order confirmation…no such verbiage is on the order confirmation by the way. I just want what I ordered. It’s a hat. It’s not some custom bat. Why is this taking so long, LS? Not a good look.

I purchased a bat from Slugger.com that dented after one month. I filed a warranty claim and mailed it back. After a few days, I checked to see if the bat was delivered using the tracking # on USPS.com, they showed it was. At this point, I assumed it was ok to discard the tracking #. After a couple weeks, I contacted Slugger to inquire about the warranty replacement. I was told if I couldn't produce the tracking # they could not look into this. I explained I discarded it after it showed delivered but that I had the warranty claim #. I was informed they could not search for the bat using their own warranty # and there was nothing they could do without the tracking # but not to worry USPS can retrieve this. I spent over an hour at the USPS where I purchased the postage. The supervisor said they don't normally do this, but he was nice enough to try and search the kiosk for it. Unfortunately, there were too many transactions to recover it. Slugger lost my bat & me as a customer.
