My experience has been fantastic!!

My experience has been fantastic so far! Exactly what I expected to get out of this app/service is exactly what I'm getting.

I love the ability to voicemail drop. I also love that I can schedule the voicemail drop. Now Slybroadcast offers dropping a text & scheduling the text as well! Too awesome!

A terrible customer experience

A terrible customer experience. Firstly sly broadcast touts AI features but doesn't have support on the weekend.

This would be otherwise fine except they shut my account down without cause or explanation. My business is compliance so I know factually there could not be a compliance issue.

How a business manages support is the lifeblood of a successful business and a direct reflection on both the business and the character of the owner(s). If you accept payment for service that you decide not to provide and then cancel those services for whatever reason, you should refund immediately and have systems in place at minimum that explains why. I can think of over a dozen applications that do this autonomously.

Today 12/19/2025, I signed up for this service. Upon payment, I was informed that my account was under review. When I contacted support, I was unexpectedly informed that my account had been closed due to a violation. This experience reflects poorly on the level of service provided. It has been a disappointing and frustrating experience.

I had an excellent experience with SkyBroadcast thanks to Meg. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely kind. Truly amazing service!

Outstanding Customer Support

I had some trouble accessing my Slydial account due to an old email and phone number on file, and Meg was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was patient, responsive, and clearly walked me through every step, making what could have been a frustrating situation completely painless. I really appreciated her professionalism and friendly approach — she went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. Highly recommend working with Meg!

edit they reactivated my account. Works again, just don’t record multiple times on mobile.

Customer Care Specialist, slybroadcast today! After calling and emailing the company several times with no response, I setup up a call via the "Test Demo" on there website. Fortunately, I connected with Meg at our designated time, who immediately apologized no one had getting back to me. Meg got to work and determined why no one had contacted me back and fixed the problem I was having right away (It was a technical issue with their email and phone). Meg made the process simple and adamantly apologized for my inconvenience. I must say, it is Great to work with someone who gets it right! Meg is that person at Slybroadcast..

Where do I begin

Where do I begin. Too long of a story, but buyer beware, do your research including check out their office. When you have an issue good luck getting a hold of someone that can help or getting a return phone call. Interesting that for such a small company in a very small office the one employee doesn't even know her boos or the owner's name. The best they could finally come up for a name was Poufice. Try Cowboy drop or anyone of the better systems out there, this company is a joke.
