To start with, the shopping site was confusing & I ended up with an unintended purchase and could not find a way to cancel. After waiting weeks, I received the goods but wanted to return them as the original purchase had said was possible. I made many attempts to find an address for this company but was unable to find. No information came with the products! Guess I learned a $100 lesson - never buy on Facebook!!!!!

I got no notification when the package arrived. I don’t even know how the package ended up in my building because they didn’t buzz my apartment number so they illegally entered the building. Anyone could’ve stole my package. I luckily I did get it in the future. I would prefer if you would actually contact me to enter my apartment building instead of gaining access from someone else so that I know you’re here and then letting me know that you are here with my package instead of just leaving it and not telling me this is very inappropriate

I agree with these bad experiences. the drain basket I ordered did not fit, though I checked the dimension before ordering it. Sly Cunning - wow if I had seen this website before ordering I'd have known its named for deceit and fraud. I'm reporting this to my credit card co.

Scammed! And they sent a fake tracking number. Basically I have learned a great deal this year.... do not buy anything on Facebook, do not use PayPal anymore, and write reviews to help other customers. As soon as I can resolve thos case I will close my PayPal.

Dont like that you have to remove the whole part of the sink to use these

this company is horrible and a complete scam. I could not return my product or get a refund. I tried to cancel right after I ordered, they would not cancel. When I received the product, it did not fit which is why I needed to cancel order. After repeated requests for refund instructions....they offered me 3$. I paid 33$ and will end up throwing product in trash. What a SCAM!!!!
