I called about purchasing either a Bosch or KitchenAid dishwasher. Mike helped me weigh the pros and cons of both brands and assisted with evaluating the particular models. Slyman's price was the best I could find on the KitchenAid model that I selected. Mike quickly looked up the availability date, which was a few weeks out due to limitations caused by the pandemic. I later received a phone call moving the date up, which worked even better.

Josh was great, very professional and the most knowledgeable salesperson I have dealt with in a long time. His knowledge of the products makes it easy to make decisions.

Slyman Brothers was very willing to work with me when I did not like the dryer that I bought. They let me trade in the one for a different one at no cost (other than the difference in price). I will buy from them again.

We were in the market for a new refrigerator, and went shopping. Slyman Brothers was a little more "pricey" than Goedeker's, so we ordered from them. It didn't take long for us to realize our mistake. The reason for this was their inability to confirm a delivery date because they use a third party delivery service and were unwilling to even reach out to their delivery service to try to accommodate our wishes on when to deliver. Their customer service representatives were the worst that we have encountered. Chris Slyman was very professional, and listened to our concerns and assured us that their in-house delivery service would meet our needs.
We have learned that low price - not always best ... you get what you pay for!!

We came to your store to buy a new washer and dryer for our condo. Mike Reagan was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Shortly after walking into your store, with Mike's help, we ordered exactly what we came for. We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Slyman Bros. Appliances.

Order process was ok however the information the sales person gave me on Speed Queen washing machine was inconsistent with what people at Speed Queen told me regarding capacity. Also I was told the washer would deliver 1-25 and I would receive a call 2-3 days prior. It's 8:40 am on 1-25

Store was busy yet we didnt wait long and the sales associate was knowledgable.

Great experience at Slyman Bros Ballwin location. We are remodeling our kitchen and wanted information on a duel fuel range. Josh spent as much time as we needed showing us all the options and answered all of our questions. No pressure, just lots of great information and service and a great deal!

Very good experience. Showed and explained to me the products I asked about. Then ask him what the best buy in the store was right now regardless of brand name. He showed me a KitchenAid dishwasher and after comparing the products, I Purchased the KitchenAid. Very good experience, no high pressure – – just clear and concise information about style, features, and price.

We continue to have excellent service and found pricing to be the best in the area. This was our second major appliance purchase and our first experience brought us back for the second. As we expect other appliances to be replaced, Slyman Brothers will be our first choice.

Our built in Microwave Oven bit the dust suddenly. Because it was 'built-in' to cabinetry, I was fearful that it may be impossible to replace it with another microwave that would fit. Maxx Waterkotte eased my fears by finding another over that would fit exactly. Within 15 minutes, we had ordered a new over and arranged for professional installation. He truly made it easy to buy.
