We had a excellent experience dealing with SM management and the staff were above and beyond , we have read reviews on this site and truly find them hard to believe but in our situation we was helped and helped.

Started well, but rapidly went downhill. Left or block without any notice, and in a complete mess

Any dealings I have had with this company have been exceptional.

Each time I have had an issue with the services in my building they are resolved quickly and without fuss.

I am from Kuwait, and I don’t understand what kind of service this is. No one answers my service charge questions, they won’t take my payment, and there is no phone number to call. How can anyone get help like this?

SM Management is owned and run by a guy named Shaun Molloy. He is a well known and long standing associate of Elliot Lawless.

SM Management now manages all of the Elliot Group buildings in liverpool.

SM Management was appointed as the managing agent as they were willing to facilitate Elliot Lawless illegally breaking in to properties within the portfolio, changing locks on the doors and then claiming the rents from the residents of those units.

SM Management then get the fraudulent and illegal management of these units and make money out of them, knowing full well that they have gained control illegally.

Elliot Lawless owes millions in unpaid rent assurances to leaseholders across the portfolio, that includes the ground rent payments for the assured rent period of 5 years from purchase.

he never paid those rent assurances.

he then illegally transferred the ownership of the freeholds to another company schloss roxburghe holdings (SRH), and pretended it was an entirely separate company. really, its him, Elliot Lawless, in disguise. he has now tried forfeiting units across the portfolio for the 5 years of unpaid ground rents that he actually owes to investors.

Out and Out fraud.

he is unable to obtain court orders for forfeiture in many cases, so now, SM Management are out braking in to properties and handing them over to Elliot, in the buildings they control.

SM Management are also attempting to make it as difficult as possible for leaseholders to make service charge payments, so that they can put the service charge accounts in to default, and provide better chance of Elliot Lawless obtaining forfeiture orders.

SM Management are crooks. Shaun Molloy is Elliots puppet.

Merseyside Police, you need to investigate these criminals.
