I had trouble entering my number…
I had trouble entering my number accessed the help centre and was promptly assisted by Alex
Alex asked for the number ( which ) I had wrongly enter sent a picture Snd Alex immediately re entered the correct number , registering my number for me
Then sent me the registration certificate
All in 5 minutes or less
I thank you for my first time purchase of this amazing cardholder and will definitely be looking to your company for future purchase

excellent customer service
I placed an order for a birthday present and it did not arrive on time. I contacted Stephen who apologised and arranged for a second delivery ASAP.
I received the original order a day late for the birthday and a couple of days later I received the second delivery. Throughout the process I felt that I was being looked after and would definitely recommend this company. The birthday recipient was delighted with the wallet.

Worth every penny
Sadly I lost my 1st one in kayak accident - just had to replace it as soon as possible - number 2 is just as cool
