Unfortunately, when I ordered my wallet I forgot to write the Flat in my address (it's not much that I live in London and where I come from there's no need to write it).
I write to them an email and in around 1 hour I received an answer.
Everything was set up for new shipping and I finally received my Wallet (that, of course, is amazing as expected).
They were really kind and patient.
Great e-commerce, great people.
