Excellent customer service

This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I messaged SBG with a question about some glasses and the service rep didn't know the answer. She told me she would ask someone else, but they were out for the weekend. On Monday she followed up and replied with an answer. I really appreciated that she pursued an answer for me and didn't lose track of my question. That's great customer service!

Great

I had been a little worried about ordering progressive lenses online for the first time but the ordering process was easy, I received the glasses on time and they are perfect.

So I will order again in future and recommend to friends. The only issue was the shipper went into radio silence for a few days but still delivered on time.

A great alternative to the more expensive bricks and mortar opticians.

IT’S A VIRTUAL SHOPPING AND SO WHAT IF THEY AREN’T TOO PERFECT?

I was amazed by the assistance and effort shown by the Customer Service in delivering their best services to my first time buying experiences. 1st, purchasing experiences was amazing. 2nd, my exchange process was handled and done smoothly. 3rd, They ship a replacement product at no time without further questions and noted on my request. 4th, they take complaints seriously and ship a replacement of my casing due to some issues. IT’S A VIRTUAL SHOPPING! and so What it has some glitch here and there. Sometimes walking into a physical store can be more annoying that this. Overall, I’m satisfied and will definitely come for more.

Excellent customer service

Ordered a pair of sunglasses and almost immediately realised that I had ordered the wrong size. Wrote them an email requesting a change. Took them 2 days to respond, but when they did, the customer service representative (Dianne) wrote a personalised email apologising for the delay in response, explaining the reason why, and letting me know that she had changed the order! This kind of excellent customer service is what is lacking in so many other online shopping sites!

A problem they have solved.

I ordered a pair of glasses from them for the first time and they delivered it fast with no hassle. However, on the second time the Courier lost my glasses when the stock was in transition. The Customer Service Representative, Tiana, diligently provided exceptional customer service to solve my issue and to get my product redelivered. I highly recommend this site as they are trustworthy, provides excellent customer service and legit. Please get a different courier service though, Aramex has been known to have a lot of issues.
