Lady was patient, kind and understanding

The lady I spoke to was very friendly and understanding and made sure that I could tell her all the relevant information. She was happy to answer my questions and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the videocall. This was a very professional call.

Had an online meeting with Kerry who I had spoken to last year. A previous meeting with another person had failed due to a poor reception ( nobody’s fault just a tech problem) so I was very anxious that this would also fail but thankfully the meeting went ahead. Kerry was very professional but also very caring and supportive putting me at ease so that I felt able to try and share relevant info. I was happy with the report, I felt it gave a fair representation of what we discussed.

I was worried about the assessment as when you have health issues you worry that they will not be taken seriously or fairly as many organisations tick the equality box but do not support employees with disabilities, and often make working conditions difficult forcing the disabled employee to look else where. The nurse was kind, respectful and appeared to understand. I felt I could be open, honest and I felt safe to do so.

I was listened to and I was made to feel valued.

They were very helpful and very compassionate.
