We needed our alarm system serviced urgently, we had a service arranged and completed on the same day. This is the sort of service needed when you have a bleeping alarm system and I would not hesitate to highly recommend.
Competitive prices,very reliable, honest and polite.

Advise - Installation turn around was very fast, order was booked on a Friday for Tuesday installation. Advise was very professional, made sense and to our needs. Pricing was very competitive, I had contacted over 5 companies for our needs. All the advise and ordering happened on the phone over 60 mins, there was no site visit required.

Installation - took 2-3 hrs, our place had a little complexities, the engineer did not ask for any extra money or complained.

Product - no complaints so far, works as per our requirements. it also has a calling feature in case of an intrusion and does not reply only on Smartapp alerts.

Customer Service - Within a few days of the installation, we also experienced customer service, have to say it is very personalized. The engineer saw the issue area via whatsapp video call. Have rarely seen this personal touch.

Before Installation:
Once the ad was placed for installing a intruder alarm system , Jo was the first to get in touch with us within 10 minutes.
He was then calm and patient in understanding our requirements and explained to us all the possibilities in depth on phone.
(This was all done without requiring a home visit, unlike other installers who require a home survey even for simplest of requirements and becomes difficult for busy professionals to take some time out.)
The details specs for the system was discussed and the price was agreed to. The prices have been listed on the site so we get a peace of mind on the transparency on the pricing as well.

Installation:
On the day of installation he was punctual, stuck to the time estimates to complete the job and nowhere did he try to hurry the job and completed the job to satisfaction. (Even skipped his lunch). He was then patient to explain the features to us and waited till all our doubts were cleared.

Post installation:
A couple of days post the installation he followed up with us and was more than happy to clarify our doubts. (Appreciated knowing that Sunday is not your working day).

We contacted them to fix CCTV and Alarm for our house. They came to see the property and gave us a quote for a reasonable price.
They are very hardworking and reliable. As we were quite tight with timelines, they came on weekends and even on bank holiday for completing our work in time. They also helped us with shopping.

Jo answered all my questions via email ahead of going forward with a purchase and installation. We then had a good chat over the phone and confirmed the configuration and install day. Jo turned up on the install day (much to my surprise) to carry out the installation (he works 50/50 in the office and in the field). Alarm, sensors and siren installed to my requirements, tested working and a good demonstration given. Would recommend Smarttechsecurity to anyone looking for/ renew their security systems.

Had a lovely guy called Jo come round, he advised us what we need. What we liked was there was no sales patter and no hidden extras!! After seeing 2 other alarm companies it was no brainer that we would use smartech security. I found Jo very knowledgeable about alarm systems, which put me at ease. He arrived on time set everything up, even hoovered!!! The alarm does the job, we are so pleased, it's also very easy to use, even for someone like me who's not very tech minded
