Tried to use this provider however simple movies like dirty dancing, footloose etc not found. Tried about 10 different movies 8/10 not found. Unfortunately paid for yearly subscription on two fire sticks and will have to go with a different provider and will be out the $$$ as this one is useless!!!
They got me as this company banks on newbies such as myself to spend their $$$ and laugh at your misfortune!!!

Terrible terrible streaming service. I would not recommend this garbage. People running this service should look to getting into a different business. Can't watch anything without buffering or message pops up channel no longer available. I mean what is that. Found a more reliable service for the same price. People don't waste your money with this garbage!!!! Date of experience is a joke to because it's everyday since I had it

Absolutely pathetic. No service and zero support. I have made several tickets, only to have them closed with no resolution. They are straight up liars, they will delete tickets, pass the blame and give zero solutions. We paid for a year of service and didn't receive six months. Don't waste your money, time or energy on such a pathetic company, it's not worth the hassle.

This app is garbage! Worked well fora month and now does nothing but spin and reload over and over. TV guide stopped working so it’s just scrolling for the evening when it does work. A waste of money!

Hello folks I will make this crystal clear. if you are thinking about getting this IPTV Smarter Pro service do yourself a favor and find another subscription. He doesn’t deserve a 1 start. This service is terrible or horrible. The only communication is thru What’s App texting. I’ve told him about all the issues and a week later S-HIT isn’t fix. The grade I give him is a big fat I. Incomplete or Incompetent service. You pick one folks. You been warn. It really sucks. 2024/07/14.

DO NOT BUY THE SMART STICKS THEY ARE A SCAM they are basic TV stick to access all channels that you have to pay for anyway on top.
Then when you discover this and ask for a refund you find that your order never can with a receipt or invoice number.
The website is geared to never give you help or a refund and your stuck with your losses unless enough of us make claims to the police and fraud departments at google.
Both of which I will do next.

scam, i pay 49 for a year, and i lost all information when someone clear my cache, and they don't answer emails for customer services, after you pay you are done.

You are able to only pay, however they don't react on any communication via their own webpage.

They are not a service provider, they are scammers. I don't even use the app but the debit my account monthly. Tried to cancel this as soon as I "signed up" but they ignore all my emails. Their support is non existent despite saying they will happily refund you within 7 days. It's ALL a SCAM. Try to report them online and get blocked. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

DON’T BUY IT!! Bought it in Mexico and promised it was great in Canada. It’s a waste of money.

If you want to watch a film with the picture and audio out of sync, have the app revert back to the homepage whilst you're watching a programme, have a programme stop visuals mid viewing, or not even have an app that works, subscribe.

I fell into the trap as I was naive to fire stick. Had a very dodgy way of subscribing which seemed odd but bearing in mind these guys are middle eastern with no morals or scruples, if that makes me a racist so be it, these guys are rip off merchants. Constant buffering, think I've managed to watch one live football match without problems in 5 months, everything else, movies, series etc have never been able to watch. Not worth reporting middle eastern guys as we all know what they do whether it's with phones, cars, subscriptions, everything.We all need to wise up and fight back against these scum.
