Don’t not waste your hard earn money on this !
I had a dent on my car which they refused to fix which was assessed by them by a picture!
I then got the ombudsman involved as I showed them that the dent was under there 3 mm depth and under there 30 mm in length terms and conditions!
The ombudsman took my side and asked them to fix the dent , DVW then came out to my house to repair the dent but advised me that it wouldn't be perfect if they were to repair on my driveway and that they would report back that a body shop is required.
Smart guard then told me that they don’t send cars to bodyshops and they couldn’t do anymore for me !
I asked them to send DVW back out as they said they could repair it but not perfect , to which they refused !
So even thou I qualified for a repair as the dent was under 3 mm in depth and under 30mm in length they wouldn’t repair it !
They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this !

This service is a waste of money. It’s an awful and pointless company who do not even come out to repair a tiny scuff. I do believe they may be a scam company because they have refused to fix minor damage on my car which is included in their policy. They told me that I have just missed my 14day cancellation period but the policy states 30days on their online documentation. Do not be swayed like me by companies such as Listers to buy into this pointless service. It will give you more of a headache then peace of mind

This company dosnt care about human rights, it works for a oppressing goverment.

They choice to put suveraliance people in Denmark regardsless its against the law. And even though EU and UN many times have said what happens in Denmark is violance of peoples human rights! Dont deal with this company!

This company supports oppressive governments by aiding them to conduct massive surveillance on free individuals. If you like human rights and believe that people have basic rights to freedom, AVOID them.

want a camera installed in someone elses bedroom, this i probably the company to call then, if not I would advise you to stay away!
