SmartKargo....Worst shipping company on the planet
My experience with SmartKargo has been extremely frustrating. I have now had multiple shipments handled through their network that never reached me.
In December, a pair of Air Jordan 11 Gamma Blue shoes shipped through this carrier reached the Atlanta area according to tracking but were ultimately lost and never delivered.
Now I am dealing with another shipment for Nike KD 6 shoes that has been marked “on delivery vehicle” for over 36 hours with no delivery attempt and no further tracking updates.
Trying to get help has been nearly impossible. Calling the customer support number listed for SmartKargo simply disconnects the call, making it impossible to speak with a representative or obtain any information about the shipment.
When packages disappear in transit and customers cannot reach anyone for support, it creates a very poor delivery experience. Retailers may eventually issue refunds, but that does not replace limited items that sell out quickly.
Based on my experience, SmartKargo is one of the most difficult shipping networks I have dealt with.
