I would like to say that I am very disappointed with the work of SmartPosti, as my shipment from Poland was handled by DHL eCommerce, who then handed it over to SmartPosti. However, I did not receive any information about the status of my parcel.
I called SmartPosti directly, but they told me they did not have any shipment and redirected me elsewhere. I kept trying to find out who DHL eCommerce cooperates with, and everywhere I found information that it is SmartPosti.
After sending three more emails to SmartPosti, I finally received an SMS from SmartPosti reminding me that my parcel was in a parcel locker. They then claimed that I had received this information from DHL eCommerce.
Thank you — after a week of searching for my parcel, I finally found it, and certainly not thanks to them. I hope I will not have to deal with them again. :(
