Currently I've been working there for 2 weeks going on 3. It all started off great but then things took a turn. First off, Id go out for a smoke break then Management would get upset when I came back. Secondly, one of my coworkers said a racial slur to my significant other, i got upset and was going to defend him. She decided to play the victim role and state that she never said that when there were 6 customer witnesses. After that things were fine, until my coworker started harassing us at our apartments. Now today May 12, 2022 it is pay day tomorrow and my significant other and I saw our checks, they lied to us on our hiring papers stating that we'd be earning $14/hr but on our pay stubs its only $12.80/hr, our tax bracket when doing the papers was 0.8% but someone in upper management changed it without our permission and knowledge to 2.7%.

Went to Eldon square smash burger on Easter Sunday my friend treated me to a chicken burger and fries I have never in my life had such a dreadful burger no way was it chicken looked like a lump of lard the fries were nice but I did explain to the lad when he said was all ok. I would never recommend to anyone and my grandson said if he knew I was going to smash burger he would advise me not to

I was looking forward for my Friday night takeaway and decided to order something new with a smash burger.
Reading the menu it sounds amazing!
When the order arrived the burger’s didn’t live up to the advertisement,no lettuce,no tomato,no onions on our double smash burgers and to top it of the burgers were burgers were beyond spicy and was forced to cook late at night are own meal! £22 lighter after this experience! I took pictures of this if you require them?

We typically order from Smash Burger in Sugar House once a week. Last week they got our order wrong and I called the restaurant to have them correct it. I sent my Autistic son to the store to collect the new order. The GM, Danielle, ridiculed my son about the order and completely made fun of him in front of other customers. I was there today and we ordered food. Once I ordered I asked Danielle if she was the person who reviewed our order and spoke to my son the previous week. She said yes. I asked her why she had to literally ridicule an autistic kid in front of other people in the line and make them laugh at him. She said that all she needed to do was give him the order. She didn't apologize or feel regretful about it. She was actually quite horrible about it. We have an autism group that meets every week and after our meeting, we go to Smash Burger. All of the participants have agreed to not go to Smash Burger in Sugar House anymore. I urge everyone reading this message to not patronize this establishment anymore. They treat people with disabilities cruelly and do not acknowledge when they have made a mistake. Danielle is a Russian woman who is very cruel to everyone she comes in contact with and a very unhappy person. I would hate for anyone else's child to bear the brunt of her bad attitude. Please pass this along to anyone you care about.

Rude visit to Dunfermline staff were terrible . Rude on the phone . Then turned us away having no masks. We returned with masks to find that there staff use them as chin warmers . Food was rubbish. Cold underrated rubbish . Won’t be back !

Really enjoy the food from smash burger. The quality is amazing and always fresh! Staff are great to! I normally order from Uber eats as I work on the retail park and it’s always quick! Love it!

Service wasn't great and no one came over to see how our food was. I had to go up to the service counter to order the food as the app failed on us. We were sat on slippery chairs and the table was still sticky from the previous customers.
The burger was OK but for the price, it was not value for money at all. Also there were no hot drinks. The burger and fries was delivered on a piece of paper in a wire basket without any cutlery.
Overall, not a good experience at all.
That evening we both suffered from terrible indegestion and my partner was sick. The only common denominator being smashbrger. Will not be returning.

We were excited to try smash burger in Fife Leisure park, Scotland as they seemed to have a few tasty veggie/vegan options. We visited about a month ago.
I paid over £30 for two burgers, two fries and two drinks.
Tiny portions.
You had to pay extra for sauce and salad...
Staff barely acknowledged you.
We only ate our food because we were hungry.
Do not eat there. You'll leave feeling ripped off. I've had better meals at McDonald's for half the price.

I went to Smash Burger in Elk Grove Ca.
It was the worst experience in my life.
I was in line to order the cashier walked away never acknowledged me and went to go help another customer. I waited 10 minutes or so before she came back to take the order . I asked her what was going on she never apologized or didn’t say sorry for the wait. So I ordered and then asked for the Manager on duty . The Manager came I explain to her how I felt and she said they were short staff. My order took them 40 to 45 minutes to fill my order they is so inexcusable. Then got the order my French fries were cold I took them back and told the waitress they were cold then it to 10 minutes to get some more. I will never go back there again.

A learner from St John's School & College in Brighton went to Smashburger and their service was amazing. Josh was friendly & paid attention to the learners dietary requirements. The food was served on time and worth the price. Definitely recommend!

The food is good but their customer service is really bad I called to talk to a customer representative after I got asked him about my order and was trying to figure out what was going on with my order after they told me they hung right up without even letting me ask a question

Bun was soggy fries were cold wait 15min for 3 not good burgers and fries.location foster and Cicero chicago.wasnt to good for 16$ and that was a promotional price wow hate to pay full price for that food

We didn't have a great experience. The girl at the register rolled her eyes at us because we couldn't order fast enough to her liking. However food was wonderful

Burgers seemed overcooked. Fries were soft and soggy. Got them at 23890 Smokey Hill Rd Aurora Colorado

Went to Smashburger in Eden Prairie. The restaurant was filthy and smelled awful inside. The service was poor. I should have walked out. I ordered and paid for two adult meals and one kid’s-meal for over $31. The food looked so bad and old (discolored turkey) we threw it all away without eating anything when we got home. We went out again and got and paid for food elsewhere. We feared we would get food poisoning. Will never go back,and do not recommend it to anyone.

Smashburger Brighton, service was putrid. Girl with the glasses was completely rude and un inviting. Stood in line behind another customer and waited ages to be served after she saud they close in a about 15minutes and i replied well im ready to order. Have never been here and order a super double meal, i got confused why she asked me if i wanted fries and she made me feel extremely frustrated. By this point i wanted to leave and should have but i was extremely hungry from an all day cycle. Would not recommend and dont feel il go back. Doing this before my food almost not worried to say if its good or not! 9:20pm 6 june 2021

I went to SmashBurger in Hampton VA on April 30, 2021 at 12:15. It was my first visit. I ordered three kid's cheeseburger meals at $7.29 each. The cashier, Shanya, didn't look directly at me when she was talking, and she spoke in a low voice, so it was difficult to hear her. When I asked for ketchup and pickles on one of the kid's cheeseburgers, she turned and said something to another female employee. I saw that employee make a face and shake her head. The cashier then said to me, "If you want anything other than cheese on your kids' cheeseburgers, you'll have to upgrade to a single. A single cheeseburger, without fries or drink, was nearly $9.00! I questioned her again to make sure I had heard right, and she said yes, the kid's cheeseburger comes with cheese only. I was stunned. I ask her if they had ketchup packets for the fries and she said, "yes", so I asked her to toss some in the bag. I should have left, but we were on our way to an appointment and I didn't have time to stop anywhere else. When I got back to the car, I realized that she had only put three ketchup packets in the bag. Seriously, SmashBurger, this is the best you can do? There was no treat or prize with the kids' meals either, so you would think they could spring for some ketchup and pickles, even mustard for cripes sake. And the demeanor of the employees was nonchalant and cold. SmashBurger got my $24.93 today, but never again. The burgers were just OK, nothing spectacular, and certainly not worth the money for naked burgers. Kids like a little taste to their food too, you know.

The new pull pork sandwich was rally bad there was a lil bit of pull pork and it was Extremely Greasy and the burger was not really cooked

The worst burger ever and worst food ever spoil brussels sprouts……that’s why its called smash up burger not to mentioned mess up your order as well

Visited location at Scottsdale rd and Thomas in Scottsdale AZ and ordered smashburger and Baja burger which family said were ok. I ordered cobb salad with chicken which was horrible. Chicken was tough, lettuce was wilted and salad was inedible. Sweet potato fries and onion rings were ok. I know it is a hamburger place but after dental work couldn't handle a sandwich besides who can screw up a salad? They can.
