A very prompt efficient service. I was even sent packaging as I didn’t have any that was strong enough to return my Smeg coffee machine. I can’t fault them

Great service, quick and efficient. My SMEG bean to cup coffee machine was showing a fault signal. Reported, collected, repaired and returned with no fuss in a less than a week. Good communication. Gives additional confidence to buy SMEG products in future.

When we reported a fault with our coffee machine, we received a fast response and it was arranged for collection the same week.
We had it delivered back to us, fully working within only a few days.

The speed and the quality of service was exemplary. Unfortunately things go wrong, a coffee machine after 15 months, but we interacted with Dan who just got it done! Prompt emails and door to door collection and repair in 7 days.

We had good service and communications from Dan and minor repairs to a coffee machine were carried out under warranty without quibble, performed quickly and the machine returned in full working order.
The only suggested improvement would be for couriers DHL to be more precise in pick-up/drop off or allow lockers to be used.

I needed my bean to cup espresso machine to be repaired due to an unusual fault.
After a few messages I was directed to the relevant service and action was taken immediately. The whole process collection, repair and return went very smoothly. I made an enquiry on line regarding my smeg grill element and less than a hour later i had a reply very fast.
i ordered the part along with a couple of other items and had next day delivery great company. and the service they provide could not be better 10/10

Great service from Dan, fast turnaround of faulty appliance and quick delivery back.

Dan was really helpful and Im very happy with the repair. The reason for 4* rather than 5* is because the initial contact with Smeg required repeated requests for action. Once the process had started everything went quickly and smoothly.

When I have problems with my SmEG cofffee machine smeg-service are extremely efficient in responding to my email, collecting and repairing the product. I found Dan to be particularly helpful. I hope I do not have to use them again but if I do I have every confidence in the service
