I am sorry, but I have been a smile print customer for several years..as I asked my new receptionist to generate new business cards..she had inadvertently resubmitted the incorrect order (from a previously also incorrectly produced by smile print..business cards with a calendar from 2014, the coloring and sizes were wrong) ..but needless to say she contacted your service number within less than 1 hour of online submission.. and informed them that it was incorrect..Smileprints answer..well thats to bad and it cannot be changed now..and thus I have another incorrect/misprinted set of business cards with a calendar from 2014.. So thank you smile print..
Well that will probably my my last order

Thank you for you time just now. As explained our system is extremely automated from the moment you submit an order. When uploading artwork to our site we offer a full preview with guideline and bleed area, once accept and continue to checkout you then receive another full preview before submitting your order.
I am sorry that on this occasion we were unable to stop your order being printed and shipped and also please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.

You write a receipt and a record of my order (from 29th August 2013 !!!), charge my credit immediately but you did not deliver the business cards until now (10th September 2013 !!!).

I am sorry to hear you are disappointed with the delivery speed of your business cards. However, as stated on the website, a standard delivery will take between 6 and 8 working days to deliver. Having ordered on the 29th of August means that delivery on the 10th is still within this 8 working day limit.
Please know that we do offer faster shipping speeds on our website as well. This means you can receive your order from as little as 2 working days after ordering with our express option.
