As a first-time customer
As a first-time customer, I purchased six pillow covers, two of which did not match what was advertised on the website. The color was noticeably different from both the description and images shown online.
While I understand the company’s no return or exchange policy, I requested a one-time exception given the clear discrepancy in the product. Unfortunately, my request was declined.
After spending over $800, this was incredibly disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not shop with them again and would advise others to be mindful that the product received may not always reflect what is advertised.
