If I could give no stars I would. Don't buy these, they're a complete waste of money. I've had 2 and neither have lasted more than 3 months. Shocking!!

I bought a Morph II kit very recently. The vape started giving a time out message on the screen and will not restart. I took it back to the shop I bought it at, they will not help. I called SMOK hotline just to be told I have to take this vape 2 hours away from where I live to have it replaced. I'll never buy another SMOK product as long as I live. Definitely they have lost a customer here!

I just quit smoking and bought a smok 2vpen its a great vape one of the best so far the only thing is I can't find watermelon juice for it if I could get that I would rate smok a 10. If theres anyway I can get it let me know. Smoke is the best vape company out there

I would vote ZERO stars. Worst purchase for vaping EVER. Giant waste of money.

Battery life is terrible. Waste of money. Only had it 6 months give it a full charge now and I get one lungfull out of it and it dies, cheap and nasty.

0 out of 5 stars. Owned a g320 while still smoking ciggs. Stopped vaping for a while and put it away.

Decided to quit smoking and go only vape. Pulled out the old g320, popped in my 3 batteries and nothing. Thinking it was the old batteries, bought new ones and it worked. After about a month mod was misfiring, randomly shutting off and not turning back on. Gave up on it and bought a morph 2.

In August the morph 2 arrives and here it is the beginning of November and I can't get it to turn on without plugging it in 1st and it also shuts off randomly. Never buying smok again.

I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes again, so I bought an RPM 2 online and while I was waiting for that to arrive I stopped at the local smoke shop and picked up a RPM 4. I figured SMOK would be good as they have been around so long. Boy was I wrong. Unless you like to only take 3 short puffs at a time and then hopefully you won't have to shake the thing upside down to get all the leaking juice out (before it leaks into your mouth). And unless you continue to puff once you take your finger off the button for a few seconds, the pod will leak out of the bottom. Burnt myself pretty good before I figured that part out from HOT juice leaking out the air holes. Once my juice runs out or I run out of the expensive coils I also bought with them, I am throwing them both away (I mean properly recycling them). Then I am going to use nicotine gum.

I wish I'd never bought smok vapour epen. Its been a nightmare. Sales are not upfront and at £39 for the epen then need to purchase the battery I find a rip off. Like most of the reviews here, wasted nearly a full bottle of liquid as it leaked. Aswel, the battery I had to buy separately didn't appear to work. I'd had enough and decided to take it back to the store. They managed to get the battery working.. one bar on the battery display not a full charged battery. I had to demand everything because I was being thob off. Demanded a refund but had to argue as they was telling me to watch YouTube videos and contact their repairs centre. I had to make the assistant put the product together and convince me that product was working as it should. Disgraceful, as it goes, it works but it's a horrible product just time and money wasted.

I have 2 smok vapes, different types ones a small alike and another is a vpen and one keeps misfiring and the other one keeps leaking . Such a pity

All of smoks products are literal dog sh*nt, ive had a smok nord, nord2, and a nfix. The nord constantly leaked causing me to constantly spend money on coils, the nord2’s button and screen works like sh*nt, it constantly autofires then says and stays at “pod detatched”. one time it stayed at the “pod detatched” screen for 3 focking hours. It leaks all the damn time and started leaking literally 2 focking weeks after i got it. Money was wasted as of course like every focking smok product, starts leaking at 2 weeks and breaks at 3-6 months. Now, my nfix, I tried taking it apart and cleaning it, switched from 3 different pods (one of them was burnt when i bought it btw, wasnt even used yet and still tasted burnt), tried unplugging and plugging it back in just for it to continue to say “no atomizer” or “pod detatched” Smok vapes are quite literally the worst focking vapes i have ever used and bought in my entire life and honestly is straight up a sorry excuse for a good vape company.

Although within the 6 month (!) warranty, haven't kept the receipt so no replacement is available. Not happy with the product, will be looking elsewhere for a new one

Every single smok product I’ve ever owned always starts to leak within the first couple weeks of owning it. Then competently just breaks always at the 3 month mark it’s ridiculous how s***** your products are. Always remaking the same old vapes with the same old problems every single time try calling customer service and always get rude ass mother f****** then won’t help. Your entire company is a flat out joke you know why you offer warranty cards with all your devices cause you know they f****** break on everyone and your trying to cover your f****** ass! Bunch of scum bags over at smok lemme tell you

I have a smok scar 18! The worst vape I have ever had! Leaks constantly. Fill the tank up with liquid put it down as soon as you come back to it the whole tank has leaked out through the air vents! Changed the seals, changed the coil, filled properly! Still leaks constantly! Will never buy a smok product again

THESE VAPES ARE TRASH !!! i have had a novo 3, started blinking 4 times and stopped working. i have had an nfix, and the pod says “no atomizer” everytime i hit it. i recently got an acro and i have gone through 4 pods in the last month because all of them say “ohms too low.” this company is worthless and its a waste of my money. smok owes me thousands. i am switching back to my caliburn.

Smok makes the worst product ever!! My novo stopped working after about for 2 or 3 months. I’ve already gone through 2.

Absolute garbage!
So my one week old smok screen went off when I put it on charge and cant turn it on. Contacted their "customer service" for warranty and its been a 3 month now and no respond from them. Im wondering if anyone is there! Never again product from the smok!!!

I love my product for a month.....then the rage I get after it sh!ts the bed puts me in demonic.mode.....I am.done buying this brand....

I have been through 4 of these devices from smok. They ask you to send an the qr code to get warranty but then do not respond. This is the worst vape supplier in the world. Complete garbage. DO NOT BUY SMOK PRODUCTS!
