Have just completed my 11th treatment. My legs have a massive reduction in hair and the growth has slowed down dramatically, the overall appearance of my skin has also improved. My bikini and underarm hasn't responded quite so well but that's to be expected, i will just continue the treatment.
Some areas are more difficult to treat such as the shin, due to the bone and not being able to get flush contact, i resolved this by turning the angle of the device.

I bought the smooth skin bare a year ago approx. I hadnt used it much (every 3 months) and one day in November started smoking and stopped working. I contacted customer service since it has 2 years of guarantee. It took me 3 calls to get someone with a solution and put me in touch with someone for a replacement of the Machine (her name was Rochelle). After confirming that they would replace it, they are gone! almost 1 month and half since they don’t reply to my emails (5 emails and one call)!!! So dissapointing! NEVER EVER Buy this machine!

Stay away! Stay away ! Stay away! I can’t remember a time where I had used such a bad product and delt with even worse customer service. I have never written a review let alone a bad review for a product but I needed to do it for a company like smooth skin.

I had first purchased the product and after it not working for me I wanted to return it as I was in my 90 day money back guarantee. Oh how wrong I was.

If you go on their website you will see that they have been very tactful with not mentioning how to return the product and when the customer could expect to get their money back.

It took me nearly a month and extremely frustrating phone calls to get sent a return label and surprise surprise it’s been a month and a half since I sent my product back and still no sign of my £300!!!!!!!!!!

Please please please if you don’t want to lose hundreds of pounds do not buy their products.

I was beyond skeptical to try this but figured I had nothing to lose since I would be able to return it. I tried it and have been using it for about 2 months and am noticing a drastic difference already! I used to have to shave my legs like every other day and it’s been a week and a half since I’ve shaved and i still have no hair on my legs! I am definitely impressed and would recommend this machine!

Had one before and very happy with it, updated with this new purchase.

So far impressed I think there has been a slow down of hair growth within a month

Easy to use

It’s taken a bit of getting used to but at last I am getting the desired results although there are still quite a few hairs coming through on my legs. Hopefully with the repeat treatment they will disappear. My underarms are still looking good though.

So far it’s been good I haven’t seen results yet but I need to uses it for another onth. I am hoping there is replacement heads for lines, veins pigmentation.

I have only used this for about 4 weeks now and I've already seen a slowing in the hair growth on my body and face. I did try different things before, including laser treatment, and so far this is the only efficient way my hair showed a slowing in growth/ re-appearing so far. I hope that by the end of the 12 weeks I will experience the promise made regarding using Smooth Skin, I have high hopes looking at the results so far. Thank you, I am delighted so far.

It works ok on legs, arm pits and bikini line but terrible on my facial hair. It is now worse than before. Due to having to shave in preparation in using the smooth muse, I now have stubble on my chin within 12hrs. Very frustrating! So have mixed feelings about the product.

You can't return it if it doesn't work for your skin type. US customers are no allowed to return merchandise. They didn't even respond to my email about the refund. I just got this automatic reply. Secondly, according to the skin tone pictures, I thought it work but apparently I was wrong. $279.00 lost but I wouldn't recommend due to how hard it is to contact someone if you have an issue.

I have been using this now for approx 12 weeks and I have had no change in hair regrowth!
So to me it was a waste of money ! I really hoped that this would work as I had read some good reviews!

As someone who suffers from pcos, trying to keep my legs smooth and hair free is a nightmare, daily shaving soon turns into a dreaded chore. I actually stumbled across smoothskin muse on Instagram and thought it was worth trying. I’m so glad I did. After 3 weeks of use under my arms we’re almost hair free, the regrowth is so slow that i now only shave them once a week and even at that there’s only 1 or 2 short hairs. I’ve been using it for 12 weeks now and my legs are now hair free for the 1st time in a long time! I can’t recommed smoothskin muse enough! I’ve never reviewed a product before but this was worth reviewing, especially if I can help anyone with pcos who thinks there’s nothing out there that can help.

I did a fair bit of research before investing in Smoothskin. I’m so glad that I did as it’s made a huge difference for me. I mostly use it for my face at the moment and as I’m sure some of you ladies will understand how time consuming and debilitating it can be to have this issue.
However, smoothskin has given me back some long lost confidence and I hope with continued use, my confidence will continue to improve. Definitely recommended.

I'm at that difficult age where whiskas are sprouting everywhere. In the space of only weeks I have smooth everything and my complexion is brighter. Also really pleased with the quality of the appliance. It was a lot of money but I feel I got value.

Amazing product.
i was very sceptical of this working but believe me it does.
it was nerve racking in the beginning of either shaving and waxing most of my face but you do get into a routine of it, and after the first couple of tries you will be a wiz at it.
It does not hurt and i'm the biggest baby out there for pain and please believe me this product works and has changed my life in how i feel about my facial hair.
please give this a try you will not be disappointed.
