We really appreciate SMTP2Go…
We really appreciate the SMTP2Go product. It provides a safe option to allow our customers to send emails from their copiers and websites or other web based apps that do not work with modern OAuth. SMTP2Go does not save the sent items in a mailbox and provides much more privacy as a result. SMTP2Go provides the ability to create verified senders that satisfy SPF, DKIM and DMARC requirements to satisfy email security requirements and allow them to be properly received.

No response to email
I was having problems trying to get my file to go through and was unable to open the web sight to look at a different plan in which the file didn't get distributed until all emails were able to be sent. I sent an email to support and never heard back.

Excellent SMTP service
Excellent SMTP service. We use it for our printers for scan to email, much easier to use than Microsoft 365 and more reliable than our ISP's SMTP server.

The service has been top-notch
The service has been top-notch, especially compared to others. Their biggest mishap in 2 years was the IBM datacenter fire. It was a tough lesson, but a lesson none-the-less. They did a great job with communication in the aftermath and helped folks recover their work even. I will keep on working with them.

We work with clients that have no way to get messages which can withstand the secure changes of passwords that won't compromise their systems. Working with SMTP2GO has simplified the method with use with backups and other processes that need to deliver reports to either us (techs) or the clients.
